It's hard to find them now, but I believe they are called "Janelle": http://www.6pm.com/n/p/p/7334482/c/89.html The heel in the back measures nearly 5", but the bootie has a small platform in the front. This platform is not "hidden". However, I recently noticed that the same kind of platform exists in the back of the shoe where the heel is, and this part of the platform is hidden by leather. This "feature" was not documented on any website selling this shoe, but I read in reviews that some girls had a hard time walking with this "despite of the platform that should make the shoe more 'doable'".
