I live in Minnesota where we're finally getting some sunshine and warmer air. Anytime the temperature rises above 30 degrees in the winter it's considered a Minnesota heat wave.

Thank you guys for the feedback. It all boils down to this, I need to go clothes shopping. Ha, ha. Having a pair of sexy shoes and nothing to wear with it is just a shame and a perfect excuse. Right?

I originally purchased this beautiful pair of pumps from Report to wear with my wedding dress. The shoes are made of dark blue sparkly mesh fabric and gold leather with a 4" platform heel. Ended up the dress I picked and the shoes didn't match at all. I don't have anything else to wear with them besides a pair of skinny jeans. What do you guys think? Any suggestions?

Leigh, that's a good question. I don't follow fashion trends or what the latest 'super star' is wearing either. Personally I couldn't care less. I don't have a very big shoe budget so I usually choose shoes I can wear with several of my outfits. I do like peep toes, d'Orsays and wedged heeled sandals with adornements. I just bought a pair of dark silver d'Orsays with big rhinestones on the vamp and I absolutely love them. So I guess I'm not super fussy or picky when it comes to shoes. They just have to be reasonably comfortable and of fairly good quality. I have owned and worn some of my shoes for over twenty years.

Thank you for the warm welcome. My all time personal favorite shoe is a high heeled Mary Jane. Very sexy yet comforable enough to wear all day and night if need be.

Greetings fellow high heel lovers, I am new to High Heel Place and to participating in forums in general. I was born and raised in Germany and moved to the United State twenty years ago. Most of those years I lived in small communities in the northern part of the country. Try finding a pair of sexy heels in South Dakota. I have always loved high heels, sexy shoes and boots. Unfortunately, my taste has always been more expensive than what my pocket book could afford. Luckily times have changed and I can now find awesome selections of high heeled shoes and boots at prices I can affort. Hurray for online shopping. I got married to a wonderful man little over a month ago. He supports my love for high heels whole heartedly and even points out shoes that I might like. I consider myself a very lucky woman.
