Hey Lee! I am so glad that you got those with no hassles! I will let LS know that today. They are some very sexy shoes! I picked up the leather ones as well as the black patent and the black/white patent for her. I have been sent out to Las Vegas for two weeks, so that has cut into the play/camera time. Thanks for all the warm welcome backs! I will try to post up some new photos when I can. I have quite a few that we have done as catalog shots, but they are mainly just her feet in the shoes. ~LOL~ But I know that many like just that! It's great to see many old acquaintances still around! Hopefully I won't be such a stranger in the future. And yes, I am hopeful about eBay as well, but honestly it is not a get rich quick scheme. On most shoes, we will barely make $10 a pair profit by the time you get done with eBay and PayPal fees, etc. But...it does help suuplement her collection and it is nice to have an ear to the ground of the deigners. Hi Guys! Hiya Dawn, Bubba, Barney,and everyone else! Sorry I have been away for sooo long. Bubba, you are exactly right, we did move from one corner of the US to another! From Las Vegas, to just outside of Daytona Florida. Life has just been extremely busy for us! I think we have done one small photo session in three months! Believe me, I miss it as much as everyone else does. We then got the crazy idea to open a store on eBay, and that has been a wild ride in itself. The leather oxfords do seem to be a bit popular, as most of the sales have been to the UK, and Australia! We have also sold a bunch of new leather knee boots there as well. Make sure, if you stop in and bid or buy something that you let us know you are from HHplace, and we'll make sure the shipping and such are at a really good price. We aren't getting rich, but it is mainly helping LS supplement her own collection. Anyway... I hope everyone is doing great! Hopefully I can become an active member again! See ya all later, Nick

Thanks for all the super comments! ....and thanks from my wife too! The purple boots are some of my favs so far. We bought those from Bob and Angie in eBay. We just took a pair out yesterday to have dyed a "root beer" brown. I cant wait to see those! I'll let you all know as soon as we get the rest of the editing done. Wow! Thanks for all the great info! You all are super! My camera saves as .JPG as a default, but there is a way to make it save as .TIFF files. I haven't tried that as of yet. There is a chance that she will be doing some print work for a magazine in the coming months, so I will experiment with the TIFF images soon. I haven't found a way to switch to any other format with the camera we have now. We will be switching up to a better camera this year so we'll see what happens. Thanks again! Nick

Hi Laurie... I agree on the limits of localities. We are fortunate enough to live in Las Vegas. No one here really cares what the other wears. Funny thing is, Sultry was born and grew up here, and has never seen a single hooker in thigh boots! I blame that on the media. I have seen plenty of hookers on stiletto and chunky heeled knee boots, and spikey pumps, but never a single one in thigh boots. I think the way people dress with their boots alos helps. Generally, for a trip to the grocery store, Sultry will wear her thigh boots with jeans and a sweater. She has on occasion, after heading home from a party stop into a store in a very short meni and a pir of her lace up boots with the 5" heel, and a leather halter. Again, no one cared. She does get the occasional "where did you get those" and the "I wished my wife would wear those", but that is about it.

My wifes favs are anything made by Pleaser, especially the kidskin ones with the buckle on the back. She wears those everywhere. My favorite on her are her black Ellie Vixens that lace up. I would crawl around like a puppy all day if she wore those all the time! I love the fit on the calf. I also agree.. any thighboot is good! Nick

Can someone please help....

When saving pics from digital cameras...what format do you use? I normally use .jpg, but I now here that saving the pictures as a .tiff will work better. Can anyone confirm this? I am always seeking ways to get the photo delivered to you all with the highest quality possible!

I suppose I've GOT to post here (see left).

I LOVE thighboots - and have worn them for years - with tiny tight miniskirts, over tight stretch jeans and even some stretch lycra jeans left over from the '80's.

I have a pair of white "Susie's" with 5" stilettos, the white lace-ups (on the left), from Leatherworks, plus the Pleasers (in white and black) that Thighbootsguy also has. In addition I have a pair of black and red lace-ups with 6" heels from Zeitgeist, and some lace-up scalloped Leopard prints with 6" stilettos bought at a market in Germany about 7 years ago.

The latest pair are from SHAAXX (bought in a boutique in Bournemouth). They're white again, back laced with a 'V' vent at the back of the thigh, stitched panels and 5 buckles and straps up the side to the top. 5.5" chrome stilettos.

I'll wear thighboots ANYWHERE! Especially if the guy I'm with likes 'em - which they DO!!!! I'm looking for a pair of denim ones for the Summer - I usually wear white ones with a microskirt in the Summer - and it drives men of all ages to distraction!

Super! Always love a great boot loving woman! Please share some pictures! And please.... let me know if you find the denim thigh boots! We have been looking for those for over a year.

Yes, I think Bubba put it better than anyone! She has this smile that she does sometimes that makes me see the little girl in her, that is all full of mischief. It also makes me think that she could turn wicked in an instant! I think I caught it best right here:

Ok, after some discussion in another post, it was said that it would be beneficial to add a post on photography skills. I am an amateur at best that shoots mainly with a Casio 3000 digital camera and limited studio equipment. I'll get things started with this pic:

The Fstop on that pic was at 2.8. To me it turned out somewhat "artsy" even if overexposed. I had one "umbrella" unit with the flash reflecting into the umbrella. This was a "slave" triggered from the flash on the camera. The problem that I encountered with this oic is that the modeling lights did not provide enough light for the camera to make it's own exposure adjustment, so I over compensated manually.

Please share your own experiences and ideas! This is how I learn to make her work better every time she does a shoot.

I agree on the size issue! I think most people never realize that great even a beauty icon like Marilyn Monroe wore around a size 10/12 in US sizes!

I have no idea how it could have been mistaken either. I work for an airline for a living, and I could only imagine what would happen if I were to "misdiagnose" an issue with an airplane and it crashed! We trust in the ethics and education of these people, and that is really all we can do. Luckily, she is going to be ok!

You are quite perceptive! All of the pics in the first set were made with the camera on a tripod. That is something that I usually do, but because of trying to experiment with all the settings, etc, having it on the tripod simplified things a bit. I am an amateur at best whe it comes to photography. I have no formal training at all. I am working just on what I have learned by doing. I pick up every book that I can, and like you, ask what other people have done. I hope to start shooting actual film at some point so that we might sell some print material.

Nick: IMO she looks great! There are some pics in my boots in the thread "Leather knee boots and skirt" in the "General fashion" section. I think the thigh boots are toward the end. I don't look as good in them as Lady Sultry does in hers though! I can understand why they're among her favourites, they're very comfortable and feel great to wear.

Hi Russ.... The pager story seems quite fitting She went to the doctor with some issues like the balls of her feet hurting, etc. She was diagnosed with "severe rheumatoid arthritis" which the specialist here decided to treat her with a drug called Methotrexate to start with. This coupled with massive amounts of steroids, then weekly IV treatments of drugs like Remicade. These were all in combination with other chemo based drugs. She went through the hair loss, severe weight gain due to fluid retention. She had to wear size 12 tennies just so they would fit her feet that are normally a petite size 7! The fluid her body was retaining due to the chemo and steroids started to affect her heart and lungs. She had to sleep sitting up. Turns out that the whole problem (the pain) was nothing more than a defficiency of Potassium in her body!!! Yes, she is still on the mend. She has loss a massive amount of her muscle mass, and is still losing weight like mad. She works out daily, but has to fight some muscle stiffness and soreness. She was a gymnast and dancer in her younger years and retained much of the flexibility until this past illness. She is determined to get better. She has plans on becoming a Pro Domme at some point, and would hope to be able to return to dancing. About the pics, I use an older Casio QV3000EX. This is the first time that I have used it with the new lights. I will have to see if I wrote down the Fstop and shutter speed. I am somewhat acritical of my won work too. I think one of my biggest issues is that I only had one umbrella flash working, and it only had a 60 watt modeling light. I have since bought a full studio lighting set that will provide better lighting for the white balance of the camera. If you have any suggestions or recommendations, by all means let me hear them!
