I too strongly endorse www.comfilon.com. They've been selling high quality tights, pantyhose, thigh highs and knee-high socks for men for over five years. They have sheer and opaque styles, full and light support, and a variety of colors and sizes to fit men. Their customer service is second to none, and they ship all over the world from their HQ in Ohio, USA.

In trouser socks they have a couple of styles in opaque and three in sheer, one of which (M149) is my personal favorite and it has an "enhanced" toe (looks like sheer but has invisible reinforcement). Check it out.

I prefer thin trouser socks or sheer nylon knee highs if it's warm weather and I'm wearing trousers or jeans. With shorts, it's always opaque tights or sheer pantyhose. In cool weather it's tights or pantyhose under trousers or jeans.

I mostly wear ComfiLon legwear for men (www.comfilon.com). I recommend them as a better alternative for guys than women's hose. They're actually made for men's dimensions.
