  1. Two and counting!

Hello again friends, its been a while since my last post, several months actually but to tell you the truth I couldn't top that last pair, till now. The official count is now two as I just secured at a steal of a price another pair of Christian Louboutin, Ron Ron 100s in the richest black patent known to man. Absolute perfection in the style and cut with the nice addition of new sizing. It can be difficult to determine a consistent fit from style to style along with the tendency for the shoes to run small, but it seems that this latest release of the Ron Ron is very true to size. As usual, the shoe features a beautiful plunging vamp for the all important toe cleavage, ultra feminine round toe box and towering but manageable 4.25" heel height. The contrast of the red sole against the black patent is hypnotic and alluring. I'm curious if Mr Louboutin realizes that along with the millions of female followers he has, there are many male customers who eagerly seek out and wear his masterpieces. Thanks for allowing me to share and as always, feel free to ask any questions!

those shoes are quite possibly the most beautiful pair of black patent pumps i have ever seen! Gorgeous.....I want a pair!
  2. Thanks for all the help/advice & support guys. The store I was in has an assistant as they only have one shoe on the display, so you have to ask for the correct size as well. I will get there..... I'm determined too :)

  3. Maybe because your partner isn't really ok with it and you know it. In the end it's all about respect.

Not the case, she is supportive of me wearing heels, this is why we went shopping together for the first time! in fact she was pointing out some of the stores for me to go and have a look around!

It happens. Don't worry about it.

Next time your out by yourself, do some shoe shopping and see if it feels different.

Just recently, I went to a Nine West outlet store and had a great time. The sales associate was wonderful, and the other shoppers didn't seem bothered.

Went to a DSW earlier in the day, and it felt like the whole store was watching intently.

All in the same day - - - but I did buy my first pair of Nine West shoes.

thanks heelster, maybe i put too much pressure on myself to finally do it

  4. Now, I know this is talked about all the time on here, but I just wanted to vent my frustration! I have been wearing stillettos out and around for a while now and whilst my partner is fairly supportive we don't talk too much about it. So this week we went to bluewater shopping (its a shopping mall in kent for those that don't know) and I had finally said I would love to try some heels on instore for the first time. Aldo are some of my favourite shoes and they have recently started making their heels in a euro 42 1/2 which for me is great as a 42 is a little snug! So into Aldo we went and they had some gorgeous new heels in there, We were greeted by one of the sales assistants and continued to browse, I found two pairs that I loved and they were in the sale.....but for some unknown reason I bottled trying them on! I cant understand why, but i feel so disappointed in myself! anyway, rant over :)

  5. Heelguy, you look great, love those heels. I love the way your girlfriend helps you pick the outfits you wear. I'm getting there with the confidence to go out and show off what I've got, but you make it look so easy! Keep up the good work

  6. Not posted on this thread for a while and I've bought several pairs of shoes - but I wanted to share these!

Bought these from Office a couple of weeks ago, called That's Life Black Satin. They were in the sale - reduced from £90 to £25 - and were the very last pair they had in stock (in my size, UK8 too!).

I love 'em! 6" heel and 1" platform. Pain in the backside to get on, having no zip lol. So easy to walk in though - foot and ankle completely supported, let me know what you think!

Second pic is with flash on to show satin glitter effect

Fab shoes snoots great legs too x

  7. Fantastic story! Kudos to you yellow!

What heel tips are on the mary janes? Did you 'click clack' across the forecourt?

    Thanks snoots,

They are only plastic tips but you still know that you are wearing heels with the noise they make :mecry:

  8. Well done ! What a great experience !

Interesting that you mention that a lady seeing you made you less anxious. That was my expereince as well and I still prefer to be spotted by women. Their reactions are much more interesting.

I cant understand why! Maybe It just felt like women are less confrontational than other men? :wavey:

  9. So the other day I was feeling in the mood for wearing my favourite Black Mary janes from new look, so I went out for a drive that evening and stopped some way from home to change into my heels. got back into the car and drove for some more time. I have been longing to work up the courage to wear heel outside of the house for months now and tonight I was feeling 'extra' brave so I went out and put my heels on and drove for some fuel. It was around 1030 in the evening and I just thought to hell with it and went into the garage (which was quiet) and parked the car by the pump. I was just about to get out when another car pulled in behind me. My heart was absolutely racing and I was all of a sudden very nervous! It was too late, I needed fuel and I wasn't about to quit! So I got out of the car as confidently as I could and proceeded to fill the car with fuel. I noticed the car behind me was a lady driving (which made me feel less anxious,(dont know why!)). Then It was time to go and pay, so off I went across the forecourt head held high and heart pumping a plenty into the shop to pay, I stood there and had a chat with the guy behind the counter while my card was processing, and a guy came in and joined the queue behind me. I said thanks to the cashier and made my way back out of the shop towards the car. The lady in the car behind mine had wound down her window and beckoned me to which I approached her. She said 'great heels babe, where did you get them'! I was stunned, we had a chat about where I bought them and then someone else joined the queue waiting for fuel so we had to cut short the conversation. I got back in the car and drove back home, what an absolute load off my mind! It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and I cant wait for my next outing. I really want to go into a store next to try on some heels, and after this outing I may be doing that sooner rather than later! :wavey::)

  10. Stunning heels! I would love a pair like that! I really need to get the balls to start trying on shoes in store, I wish I could be more like you, have followed this thread from the start...totally inspiring thankyou x :wavey:

  11. I've never had a problem driving in any heels, I regularly wear my favourite 5" black patent stillettos with a 1/2" platform with no bother at all. It feels great driving in them knowing that nobody knows what I've got on my feet! Tho I will say I'm not ashamed of my heels and often go for a walk round the block in them (not quite got to the stage of trying them on instore yet!)
