Well, thanks all for your help, but I've still not found anything suitable. I suppose the only chance I have is to find a 'friendly' dressmaker. Thanks again, love, Avril ps. I predict they will be the next big thing.

Thanks very much for that. Just like that, except that they are Small, alas I'm not, at UK size 10/12, so they'd be far too short because I'm quite a tall girl at 5' 10". So, no go. But I do appreciate your help. Thanks again, Avril

Hello everyone, I just wondered if you could help me with my little quest. I want to buy a pair of culottes, divided skirt, call it what you will. What I'm after is almost floor length and really flowing. Think Ginger Rogers 1930's style. I've searched the web until I've just about given up. So now is your chance to come to the rescue if you know of a source. Thanks all, Avril

Hello again; I agree with a lot that has been said on this subject. It seems to me that ones sexuality ie: straight/gay/whatever is invisible. It is in ones psyche and has nothing to do with the external appearance of the person. I have to admit that I was teasing slightly about shaving from the knees down. I shave all over every few days which is quite high maintenance! But no-one who doesn't know of my 'little hobby' has seemed to have noticed. Not the plucked eyebrows, hairless arms etc. I really think that most people are so wrapped-up in their own concerns that they don't notice these details. Even if they do, they don't seem to care. When shopping in women's clothes shops I've never had a problem, and when I had to strip off at the doctor's recently the nurse didn't see the manly, hairy torso she expected. 'You don't have any body hair. Do you shave it off? Why do men do that these days?' My reply was 'It doesn't look nice with a dress.' She went on with some chat and wasn't at all perturbed. Problem? What problem? I don't hurt anyone, myself included. I just do what I feel. Oh, yes, and have fun too! For those who are not trannies I'd just like to add that so many times when I've been 'read' the blokes have said ' you've got more guts than me, mate' or something similar. Now, what are they really trying to say? Heigh ho, Avril xx

This is starting to get a mite provocative now, what with talk of 'normal' people and looking gay. Just how does one DO that? I'm amused at the idea of shaving from the knees down. Maybe you're only half gay then? And if anyone here thinks the TG issue is confusing try understanding where Tranny Fanciers are coming from. They try to chat us up, knowing we're really blokes in frocks. If they want to chat up blokes there are oodles of gay bars/clubs around, but no, they go to tranny venues to chat up us. How's that for self-delusion/denial. Hee hee

Exactly. Only those two boxes again. I rather like Eddie Izzard's line about being a lesbian trapped in a man's body. (men are from Earth, women are from Earth. Deal with it.)

People who don't know I'm a tranny suspect nothing. They seem to think 'I know he's not gay, so....' I think this is because they only have two boxes in their minds, ie. he's either gay or straight. TG doesn't seem to occur to them. Just my thoughts based on my own experience.

I'm not sure that this is appropriate to your idea, but Saturday 2nd October sees the Skin Two Expo at the Barbican Centre EC2 from 1pm. There'll be plenty of shoe stands there, albeit of a fetish type. Best wishes, Avril

Lovely clips, you move so beautifully. I'd love to know where you bought the Oxfords, they look to be really high quality. Loved the sandals too. Keep 'em coming please. Love, Avril xx

Well said Pata! Your site is great. You come across as a real woman having fun. You don't take yourself too seriously and are not a vacuous bimbo. After a short time on you site I felt I knew and liked you. Thanks, A xx
