I am trying to organize yet another Heel Meet during the holidays in Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. I am thinking the weekend of December 16, 17, 18. Holiday Shopping--Night out in Heels--Dinner in Heels and a Farewell Brunch in Heels. I am trying to stir some Heeling Activity in this area and or possibly start an informal group of friends for semi-regular get-togethers. Let me know what you all think.

Hi Everyone, I have been talking to another member and some interest is indicated in a High Heel Meet here in the Tri State area of Ohio Pennsylvania and West Virginia. My plan is to have everyone who can arrive on Thursday the 22nd of Sept. Have a late night meet and greet at the hotel and then go for a Friday shopping trip to several Malls in the Pittsburgh Area. Friday Night would be spent at a very friendly club for dancing and responsible drinking. Saturday can be spent touring the beautiful city of Wheeling West Virginia. The Sternwheel Festival is going on that weekend for entertainment. We can also have dinner saturday night and then go clubbing if any want to. A farewell gathering on sunday morning for a breakfast brunch in a private room at a very friendly restaurant would end the Heel Weekend.

Please let me know what you all think so that i can finalize plans for this event. I may also be able to get discounted rooms at the hotel if enough are interested.

Thank you all for the words of encouragement. To answer a few questions, yes I do wear the Ballet Boots to work as well as out in public. Today I believe is Day 6. This morning I replaced the ankle high boots with knee high boots for a change of pace. The ankle High ones do lock and are very secure. The knee High ones have a locking strap around the ankle. I will be posting some pics after I have finished this self test. The puropse of this test is to see if I am able to wear my favorite footwear long term with no ill effects as well as 6.5 and 7 inch heel non platform shoes. If I am sucessful in reaching my goal I will update my closet with all kinds of different styles of Ballet footwear in different colors. Celeste

Well thanks for all the suggestions. As an update, it has now been 5 days for me and my feet still feel great. I am going to change the boots tomorrow. Knee high or Crotch high? Celeste

Hi and I have a question? How many of you wear High Heels the majority of the time? All Day? Even Sleep in them? I have been wearing them for years and find that when I take them off, my feet hurt. I do tend to fall asleep wearing them more often than not. Like to hear what you think:smile:.

Bonjour I have 2 pairs of leather ballet boots, ankle and knee high. At first they were almost impossible to walk in and my toes cramped unmercifully. A small bit of synthetic pillow batting in the toes solved the problem. I can wear them for several hours but i am still learning to walk in them. Suggestions would be welcome to help me train to walk in them. Merci Celeste

Bonjour Today I went to the Mall to Bakers Shoes and Bought 4 pairs of the most wonderful heels. More wonderful was that 3 pairs were on clearence and one was reduced. In keeping with my tradition they are all sandals for summer as well as have at least 6 inch heels or more as well as a platform. Pics as soon as i can figure out how to post a link to their website. Hello again, I am not sure where to post this, however I am looking for a particular kind of thong sandal with a heel. It would have at least a 3 to 5 inch heel and ankle strap or straps as well as a main thong between the large and second toe as well as thongs between all the other toes. Perhaps toe loops as well. Hi All Just an update. Yesterday i wore the most amazing red sandals with 5 inch heels and wood soles. Would like to post pics but dont know how to. For extrended wear pumps are my choice as they do not cut into your feet so much. I do however wear HH Thongs most of the time in warm weather. Please let me know of your preferennces as well. I wear at least 5 inch heels at the office every day for at least 8 hours a day. I did try to wear locking 6 inch heel ankle boots for a whole weekend once too.

Hello and welcome Funheels89. I am also a wearer and admirer of heels who is right across the Ohio Border from you. And yes, I think it is way kewl for a guy to wear heels.
