  1. Agreed.....4.5" minimum to be classed as a 'high' heel.

but the hight of the heel depends on the foot or doesn't it? I mean my highest heels are approx 12 cm and I have a 22,5 cm foot so... for me to be walking in everyday heels I tend to wear 9 cm and that feels fine. I can't wear 16 cm then I would have to take mini-steps if I even can walk in them at all... also worth noting the heel isn't the most important thing the way the shoe/boot looks is more important thing. The heel can be 16 cm but look terrible but that's a completely other discussion so I'll leave it there.

  2. I know that this thread is in the guys forum but what about you girls how do you feel about your man in high heels. My wife doesnt accept me wearing high heels. We spoke about it twice now with her saying that its not a male thing. and how can i being a man have these feelings. I just left in there. I hope that one day she will be more open to me and this passion for heels. how do you all feel about the situation

I feel so sorry for you part... I urge my boyfriend to wear heels as often as possible and I for myself wear heels almost every day. So one could say that we promt each other to wear them :) Walking in heels is not a gender thing for me it's only the persons upbringing and the public opinion who tells them it's a girl thing or not. If you get rid of those things it doesn't matter wheather you're a girl or a boy wearing heels.

  3. And if yes, how many would admit liking it?

As you may know by now I love men in heels. But of course not all men in heels it's the whole apperance that ticks me off. Nice clothing (could be skirts as well as trousers), the walking and of course a nice pair of heels to go with that. From my experience there are several women who likes men in heels so I'm not the only one and they like seeing them walking around out doors and not only in the comfy of their own home. So I urge you guys out there to dare taking your heels outside as well.

I can understand that men walking in heels often are mistaken for homosexuals but for me I don't see it that way. The high heels gives the person a strong sex appeal and that goes both for men and women. Of course the person must have mastered the part of walking GOOD in them otherwise it's a big turn off and that goes for both men and women. There are few things that is so amusing than looking at someone who can't walk in their heels properly. Not that I'm an expert but my boyfriend is though :) But I'm soon getting there or so I hope...

  4. I'm sorry to say that I don't like the trend with open toe boots at all and I hope the trend will settle soon. Just imagine how much nicer the boots would have looked if the toes didn't show. I've seen terrible examples of open toe boots although I dislike them yours were of the better kind Sabrina :)

  5. Sweeeet! Where do you buy your heels? My wife also has a small size and we find it often difficult to find anything for her.

I've ordered my shoes from www.pretty-small-shoes.com, ernest.fr and eBay. Worth noting is that Ernest didn't do such a great job. The heels weren't built correctly thus making it very hard walking in them but the quality was great besides that. This could have been a production fault. Perhaps this was a one timer but still I'm don't dare ordering any more shoes from there anymore. You could also check out the following pages:

    www.fuss-schuhe.de

    www.italianheels.com

although I haven't ordered anything yet from either of the sites so I can't tell if the quality is good or not. Hopes this helps :)

  6. Last week me and my boyfriend went playing miniture golf wearing heels. We got some comments but it was fun and we had a blast and I made my best round this year even though he won... things are much more fun when you're wearing heels so we will try most of the miniture golf courses around the city wearing heels of course! Maybe next time I might wear one of my many corsets as well. Making it even more difficult to win :) But as I said EVERYTHING is more fun wearing heels so keep wearing heels out there!

  7. As I said before my boyfriend wears heels and he has a lot more of them than me even and beautiful ones too :) And I looove him wearing them I can't get enough of him when he's wearing them outside I prefer to walk a bit back just to get a good look at him walking :) So yes I want my boy in heels! Note, he doesn't wear heels on a regular basis though but soon he will I will see to that!

  8. Just came across these nice boots that Fuss just introduced. They are gona be order when my next paycheck arrive:D Also found a nice satin corset from Axfords to go with them.

    Leigh.

These looks quite like mine, except that mine is in patent leather. I can assure you that you will get many comments both from girls as well as boys :) I've gotten lots of comments where I have bought them and so forth. I just love them they are one my absolute favourites among the few shoes I own. Actually I only own one pair of boots that really counts and these are the ones :)

  9. I most definately wear my heels in the comfort at home. Not just for practise but also since it feels nice knowing you look good at home as well as work. This together with some nice lingerie and your evening is complete

  10. I am just like yourself! I love beautiful lingerie and how it has made itself into mainstream fashion. I take it most of the skirts you wear are long enough to cover the garter belts?

Do you stick with stockings even in the winter time or do you switch to pantyhose then?

I stick with stockings during winter time aswell. What I do is to just cut ordinary pantyhoes right off and wear them as stockings and it works perfectly with the garter belt.
  11. Nienna:-)

I can see with such a small last that you would be hard pressed to find 12cm heels. You are right---I don't think that children wear them either. A 12cm heel must keep you on your toes a lot. I hope that you do find just what you are looking for.

    Cheers---

    Dawn HH

I've found some sites selling small sized shoes but it's hard to find... I don't think I ever will find any shoes beyond 12 cm high but I'm on my toes in those anyway better that than shopping in the childrens department.
  12. It's hard to find heels in such small sizes...that you can actually try on before buying.

It's a real pain having to buy online without knowing just how well the shoes fit. I have relatively small feet myself although not quite as small as yours.

My husband's godsister (i suppose that's what how you would term the relationship) is about 4 feet 9 inches (at most i think). She is extremely short and has the small feet to go along with it. Like yourself, she only shops in the children's department. Anything unusual or stylish has to be special ordered online. I don't believe i've ever seen her wear anything above 2 inches though and I wasn't even aware it was possible to buy stiletto pumps in those sizes.

There are a couple of sites out there like ernest.fr fuss-shuhe.de and pretty-small-shoes.com that have shoes in small sizes... but it could be difficult ordering online though since you're not able to try them out. I'm 5'4'' and have 33,5 so I'm a bit taller than her but I understand her issue perfectly. Hope these links will help a bit on the way to a nice pair of heels for her to wear.
  13. Nienna, I realize that trying to find a nice pair of high heel pumps or boots in size 33.5 EU is very difficult. Perhaps you can try wearing two pairs of thick socks so you can fit into a larger size pump or boot.

Believe me I've got much experience with soles and lots of socks to go with it just to be able to fit into a pair of size 35 shoes but that only works during the cold seasons... It works in boots though if you can manage the heat in the summer
  14. How tall are you?

    5'4''

Are you happy with your height?

I'm perfectly happy with my lenght being asian I'm pretty tall. So I'm very happy about my length.

Does your height have any bearing on why you wear heels?

Not at all, I just love the sexy feeling you get when wearing a nice pair of heels.

What would be your perfect height?

I'm already satisfied with my lenght as it is.

How does your height compare to your partner?

It's nearly perfect. I don't have to stand on my toes when kissing him

  15. Since I don't have a lot of heels only two pairs atm that I really adore I have them beside my bed. So I'm waking up seeing those lovely heels or to be exact one pair of stiletto heels and one pair of stiletto patent leather boots. Also, I have one pair of my boyfriends heels besides my bed so I can wake up happy every morning seeing them... call me crazy if you will

  16. I like platforms but ONLY if they are approx 2 cm. If they are higher than it's not for me. I don't own any yet but I'm working on it so I can't give you any impression of my experience but I like the added height it gives you and it makes the lenght between me and my boyfriend when he is wearing heels (especially platforms) a bit less. I espeically like the that the spiked heel in stilettos is making the impression that the heel is higher than it really is in reality wearing them. But as I said earlier no more than 2 cm platform higher than that is just making the shoe looking to clumsy I think, but that's my opinion.

  17. I can almost walk in 5'' heels since I have so small feet it's hard for me to go higher since without losing balance. But I'm a beginner so in the future I might go even higher IF I happen to find shoes that are higher than 5''. I just have to train a bit more... But on normal working days I tend to stick to 3,5'' since I do quite much walking around in the office

  18. Luckily for me I have a bf that adores heels as much as me. So much more that he's better than me walking in them :) Than we talk high heels and boots approx. 12 cm or prefrably higher than that. Since I met him I've done a real clean up in my shoe wardrobe and now I am a proud owner of one pair of high heeled boots and also a pair of high heeled pumps  All thanks to him for finding them for me. So the answer to the question is a big YES!

  19. Just out of curiosity, how high do children's high heels go up to? How many cm?

The heels I have from the childrens department is approx. 2-3 cm... The highest ones I have seen (even though I didn't buy them since the looked terrible) were 4 cm.
