  1. you know, i live in a HUGELY populated area and we had a number of so called "gpth guys" that decided periodically to come to school in dresses, heels, fishnets, full makeup, and carrying a purse, and noe of this happened to them, and you talk about distractions, there were some of them that passed and you wouldnt know they were really guys, so idk why this township threw a fit, its NOT like he did anything wrong, the ACLU needs to get involved in this, just like they did in the late 90's abt a girl wearing a pentacle to school showing her wiccan faith, this kid that wore heels and a dress, and his mom could sue the school district with the help of the ACLU and it could mean a BIG STEP in society for the freedom for men to wear high heels, and express themselves

  2. i have been down that road to, i went to payless one day scared to death of trying on heels, so i grabbed the largest size i could find, and assumed it was what i needed, it turns out i was right, and happened to see some nice boots on their website later down the road, and the only way i could think to be able to go in and actually try them on in the store was to tell the associate i had lost a bet with my g/f and had to wear heels for "X" amount of time, so i needed to be measured for a fit and then asked if i could try on a cpl pairs to see what worked best, and she asked what i was looking for, and then helped reccommend a cpl pairs for me that she thought i would be stable in, which i bought a pair or two of boots right then. Later i went back and there was a different associate there, and i went in looking for more heels, and got a cpl looks from him, and at that point, i turned around and left knowing he didnt want the sale, so in addition to blowing a sale, i only go back when i know certain associates are there, and i tell ya, if you tell them the "i lost as bet line" it works, but i think they know the shoes are really for you, but some associates will show sympathy and help you with out any questions

  3. So here i sit, at almost 7.5 months with my g/f, it has been a wonderful time, with her thus far, the idea of wearing my heels when i go off with her is fun. I have worn NUMEROUS pairs of boots recently with her, and even some BP Ballet flats one night. i now own these as well, and am hoping to soon be able to wear them out and about, as they are a WHOLE 6" TALL, and i cant quite do them yet, i do have other new heels that i will try and post links for, but plz give opinions on the new ones here

  4. yes bubba, i recently had to maove back in with the parents when i lost my apt, and yes roni it is nice to have an understanding mother, as for dad, i dont think he cares one way or another, and some of my friends know, and dont say a word, or they will encourage me to keep it up, and others dont know at all

  5. i can happily say as a person with a larger foot size (womens US12) payless always has a good variety for my perusing, and some of the sales associates here i could do without, but the last 3 or 4 i have encountered have been wonderful, esp the one yesterday (11-11-10) i had been in there before halloween shopping for some boots, she was wonderful in helping me out, and even went so far as to say if you see anything in another size, and would like to see if it is in yours, let me know, to which there were a few, but anyway, she recognized me, and asked how the boots i had gotten were, and when i informed her of the return she asked of there was a way she could help me find something better than what i had, very happy was i, and go back again for more i will. associates like her make it worth going in for heels

  6. So i have been wearing my heels around my g/f since we met this past aug (8-20-10), and i had to come back home from her house to pick something up for her niece, and ofcourse, my parents were home, and it was my mother that had the item i needed, it was a bracelet for the nieces Bday, and i went walking thru the living room, and my dad kinda looked up at me but didnt say anything, and i went into my moms room, HEELS A TAP TAP TAPPING, and i will never forget this, as my mom looked at me and said "Nice boots, I like them", and i was telling her how i got them on eBay, and she complimented me on how well i walk in them, and how they looked with my slacks, and everything, and i showed her a piccy of my new wedgies from payless, and she likes those as well, and supports my heeling

  7. It all started about 20 years ago, i was hanging out with my cousin and we went wading in a creek and all i had was my good school shoes, so she lent me some jelly shoes, and oh were they nice, well we did this quite a few more times, and i started wearing heels when i was around her, and when i could at home, hiding it all the way, and eventually i was able to buy my own heels, which i have quite a few pairs now, but thats a new story. My first true love didnt care for me wearing heels, it both shocked and appauled her and she tried to get me to stop, and i was so accustomed to wearing that we didnt last, and my new g/f going on 3 months at the time of posting not only accepts me for wearing heels, but encourages me to ANY TIME we are out and about, and if i am not in heels, she asks where they are. My first REAL ADVENTURE in heels occured when we went to the local health dept for a checkup for her. I was in slacks and a t-shirt, and a pair of black ankle boots with a 2.75" heel, and oh boy was it exhilerating to listen to my heels tap EVERY STEP, we were sitting in the lil exam room when the doctor got ready to leave, saw my boots and told me how much HE liked them, and then asked if it was my choice or hers for me to wear them, to which i naturally responded mine, and it was an all around good experience, but for a dr to tell me he likes my shoes, it makes me want to be more conspicuous about wearing them, and others

  8. On the way home from a meeting with a client this afternoon, I stopped by a 5 Guy's Hamburger place and saw a young woman wearing an identical pair. She was cute and those shoes looked on her.....

i am wearing them as i lay here in bed typing this, they are very comfy, and this is the first pair of flats i have owned
  9. i to wish i had worn my boots more often in school, both high school and college, as i would be more apt to wear them out, although i do wear them some times, just not as much as i wish i would. but you should be careful in wearing your sandals at the start, many of the female populace will question and compliment you, and more so likely the same amount of the male populace will say something about it, and most of will be negative if you start out in them

  10. the place i work is located in a HUGE shopping center, so i am always seeing women in hh walkin across the store front / parkin lot / stores, and to beat all, there is a payless right across from us, so i see high heels ALL DAY LONG
