  1. Philosopher:-)

You have got to find a way to be able to purchase more than one pair of heels a year. You are not having enough fun.

    Cheers---

Hey, I'm a jobless, college student! If you can think of a legal and sane way to score some cash for my heels, by all means let me know...I'm stuck in the Great Recession over in my hood.:silly:

    Don't worry, though. I'm a still prayin'.

  2. Unfortunately, since I'm still imprisoned in college, I have to live at home, therefore, I wear my boots in private. Part of me loves it, because I am a very private person. The other part of me, the one that desires freedom, wishes I had my own place where I could wear my boots whenever I want without worrying who might see. Of course I wonder, if I ever am blessed with a relationship, how my girlfriend/wife would react. I do plan on telling her sooner than later, but since trust is a big deal for me, it won't be immediately.

  3. I found a pretty good book involving the love of shoes (I think it was The Sexual Life of the Foot and Shoe), and in my research, found that the shoe, especially the heel, are seen symbolically as the male and female anatomy. In other words, a mythic joining of man and woman via the taboo subject of human feet. I've got the notes somewhere, but I thought it was pretty interesting.

  4. I cannot stand my shoe size. A men's 11 (women's 13), which makes it near impossible to find boots that aren't designed for strippers and doms. Don't get me wrong, there are some pairs in that industry that are nice, but a nice, comfy pair of boots is what I've been dreaming of. And at my size, it's either rare, expensive, both, or just a dream.

  5. My name's Dave, I'm from the American midwest. Right now, I'm suffering through college, trying to find a job, all the while keeping my balance by exploring my passion: writing. Not sure if I want to be a full-fledged author someday, but who knows? I became a member of this forum to explore and of course get to know others. I do not have a fetish per se. Actually I recently discovered that my love of boots (of just about every variety...except uggs and KISS-lookin' boots) is more or less related to Retifism. I admit that I am a growing collector (only 2 pairs :pulsingheart:), and I am very, very shy about it. Which is the final reason for joining, the refreshing relief to know that there are other straight men (no bias to homosexuals) who have similar patterns of emotion towards the element that so binds us to our women and beyond.
