  1. I wear high heels because the more I wear them the more I understand how I have always been someone who was meant to wear them. I wear them every hour of every day that I possibly can and try to wear them out as often as I can. They are high heeled shoes not womens shoes.

  2. I wear heels from the moment I get up in the morning until I go to bed at night and every moment possible in between. I have always hid my heel wearing from my GF's but feel as though putting them on the minute they are out the door is just not the way to go, I have always felt like a fraud for not being able to be myself with them, so in my next relationship I will make it pretty clear that although I have no desire to embarrass them I will be wearing them around my house on a regular basis. This sounds pretty pie in the sky but I would hope that the woman I want in my life would be able ot understand and accept this part of me. I wish you the best with your wife Lucky and hope that she is accepting of this part of you.

  3. Well Dawn, I don't know but I did go out to the club a couple of weeks ago and I didn't meet anyone I knew but I did find women tittering and some men averting their eyes and even made great contact with a woman who liked my shoes. So overall a good result...

I made a test with a gay woman I know and to my surprise she was a bit uncomfortable, I'll try her again.

What would you do if you ran accross someone that knows you when you attended a club?

    Cheers---

    Dawn HH

  4. Yeah I know and I was so close to leaving wedges on and believe me I almost did, but the area I live in is closely connected and so chatty that I held back a bit. I'm going out to a club in town this weekend and I will have heels on then, it's important to me that this happen in my life.

I once had this Jehovah's witness that kept on coming back to my house until one day she caught me walking by the screen door naked. Never saw her again for some reason....

    Thanks for the compliment!

you should check who it is that may be knocking at your door first before deciding to quickly scramble to put something more conformist on. If it's somebody you know and you don't want them knowing about your preferance for heels and a skirt, fair enough take them off, but if its the mail man/door to door sales people/religious preacher types then give them something to go home and talk about!!

  5. Man, I have to laugh at myself, no sooner did I write that last post than someone showed up at my door and I quickly change out of my skirt and shoes to meet them. Yes I chickened out and feel a little ashamed thta I didn't leave my heels on but I was concerned about exposing myself to someone I know, so maybe it'll give me more courage the next time around. Still makes me laugh though.... what'ta maroon...

  6. I don't know if anyone is more tolerant or not but I have noticed that I do get noticed. I went out last week to do some shopping at the local mall and had different experiences in each store, in Target one of the female security guards in the store caught sight of my heels and called over the other guard and before long I had both gawking at me - too funny.... The kid in Best Buy had little patience with me and the Panera went fine. In each place I found both acceptance and a little bit of discomfort but I was always comfortable with myself which I think helped. In a few hours I'm going back out for more of the same, can't wait...

  7. I guess I didn't answer the question, I always feel like a guy wearing heels and love the masc/femm split as a man wearing heels which is a bit of challenge to some people. I love feeling different from other people because I am...

  8. As I am right now, I like to wear heels and skirts at every possible moment of every day, but I'm not comfortable wearing skirts in public although I would like to get comfortable with it some day. I'm trying to work up to shorts and strappy heels this summer. I live in a small town in which I know a lot of people and I don't feel very comfortable wearing heels, so whenever I'm out of town I wear heels at every opportunity and absolutely love it...

  9. Hello Everyone, I'm new here and overjoyed to know I'm not the only man who feels the need to wear heels in public. I wear heels at home every day and up until last week only at home. I made the decision that I would experiment with wearing my beautiful new pumps out in public as I made my travels throughout the day and it just felt so wonderful to feel the freedom to be who I am in public. No one made any remarks but I definitely got attention from some people who were curious, nervous, and didn't know what to think. One high point was walking out of a convenience store with the only sounds being the clacking of my heels on the tile floor as I left the store, all conversations stopped and everyone looked to me, what an oddly joyful experience... I'm so thankful for this place that let's us all feel a little less alone.... Ulyssa
