It certainly takes some practice driving in heels. I have a manual shift so I have to practice my fancy footwork, working the clutch as well as brake and gas. After a couple of minutes and relaxing the ankles, it's a cinch. I wear 5 inch heels, so the angle of the foot is hard to control at times because of having my feet at the ready so I tend to use the heel as a balance. Might I say it is an unusual feeling, but sexy too.
