  1. Men say nothing, because they just frame that enjoyable picture for later. Treat it as a compliment, after all that whats it all about anyway.

(some) Women say tart because they are jealous or worried their Hub/BF will look at you and not them. Ignore them.

Give you an example of some of the local jealous pathiticness. A few weeks back local rag had a dear editor about one women saying another women who turned up to pick her kids from school in heels and summer dresses with makeup was just showing off. They claim she didn't work yet therefore had no reason to look so dressed up.

I mean can you believe this that someone would wright to the paper about some women who bothers to look nice!!! And yet knowing they didn't have a job so whats the point. When I heard this I actually asked some friends if I could pick up their kids, just to try and meet either the women of concern and support her by wearing my Sunday best or the bottom end of the cess pool and give them my 2c worth. Fortuatly (I think) my friends said no.

Its incredible some people is crazy just becaurse they self is lazy to dress upp they just must talk talk and write in the newspaper o my good

  2. We've had some attrocious weather in the UK over the past 3-4 days.

----- far more snow than we're used to and so bad in some areas that people have been unable to get home from work & are having to cancel their xmas travel plans.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1238128/Big-freeze-threat-family-Christmas-As-death-toll-hits-16-millions-warned-stay-roads-jeopardising-festive-gatherings.html

Despite this chaos, I am still seeing many women out-and-about in stilettos during the day. On Monday, I saw one woman struggling up a steep snow-covered path in her best office-wear 4" pencil heeled courts!

Saw a couple of girls yesterday walking around in stiletto heeled boots as if they were at a disco rather than in a snowstorm.

It seems a bit mad if you ask me - surely most women would welcome an opportunity like this to leave their impractical & uncomfortable footwear at home.

But it's somehow a wonderful thing to see: Their refusal to put practicalities (and risk of injury!) ahead of fashion.

So, a question to the stilettos-in-snow ladies: Why do you do it?

A question to the guys: Have you noticed this phenomena yourselves & would you risk it?

Mad why? I wear stilettos always even in the snow. Today I was out walking whith my kids in 5 inch heels boots I dont see why you not should wear highheels in the snow

  3. I do wear them and at times have spend an entire weekend locked in them when we got out of town. My husband does not like me to be seen in them where I will be recognized. I have spend many weekends away in them and leaving the key at home so I have them on all day. They do hurt like heck for my toes which feel like when you stub your toe except the feeling never goes away. He likes the way I stumble around in them and need his help getting up and down (especially) the stairs. Sheryl

I am really impressed that you can wear them all day long I think I never

can do that I have never trying ballet heels

  4. Welcome Maria. I work with a lady and from the sounds of it you have a similar interest in high heels as her. We are just friends but she knows I love (and wear) high heels so when she wears a new pair to work she will send me an email to meet her outside so she can show me. I like it when she wins at the casino because she'll definitely spend a good portion on new high heels. Welcome again!

Thank you Yes I love Wearing highheels I always have it on my feet mostly 5 inches but some times 6 inches. Its sounds great that you have a lady like that on your work
