Hi, I'm with Scotchio ..... may I add a few more details - for shoeplay (sitting or standing) - for the clicking sound - like the feeling ... sometimes ... of jammed toes (one pair is a little too small) - sinking the heel into soft ground (grass, mud and so on) - putting out a cigarette in them

How long should a pair of knee highs last? My wife has virtually stopped wearing them as they only last her a couple of days, she says she's tired of buying them. It's a great shame, she has wonderful feet. (by the way I mean ones that are not 80 dernier!)

I have a question for you all. A couple of months ago I was on a plane, and one of the hostesses had some very nice court shoes – I’d say 3 and a half inches – that she wore as she welcomed passengers onto the plane, did the safety messages and so on. In my humble opinion she knew she looked good in them, she wore sheer tights and walked around with confidence – looking great. Then as the flight progressed she changed into flats to do the in flight service and so on. Well, after the meal I got up and went to the toilet up by the front and as I turned round to lock the door noticed a bag hanging from the coat hook…… Well, I couldn’t help but look in and lo and behold there in the bag were her shoes. so I took one out, admired it, saw the make, size etc, but did no more. I would have loved to try it on (and you can imagine what else) but my question is would I have been OK to do so..? Would she have minded that some guy was feeling her shoes in the bathroom? Just thought i'd share that. I'm new to all of this, hope this isn't inappropriate.

The first experience i can remember having with shoes was in fact with my first school gym shoes when they got worn and old. then maybe a year or two later my aunt came to visit, she always dressed with a skirt, tights and low heels. i cant remember why but one lunchtime she took her shoes off and left them upstairs, and before i knew it i was upstairs myself walking in them across the landing. fast forward to about 14 years of age when my foot was the size of my mum's - 38 or 39 - and a year or so of bliss when they fit (i'm a 44). between then and now i've always had a pair of heels not far away - sometimes hidden sometimes not - for a private wear. stockings or some kind of hosiery are a must! glad to hear your story, Mr.O
