Have any of you worn Elevator Heels to the extent that you are having the same problem of women who wear high heels regularly. I wear my shoes that have a height increase of 4.4 inches but have a height insole of ~3.4. I've started to notice that my trainers are no longer comfortable due to tightness at the back of my legs

On Saturday I put on my 3inch stiletto boots (Piccadilly) which I got from Barratt's Tall-Small range and walked around London mainly Oxford Street. I have little to no comments. The best I heard however was a little girl asking her mother: Why is that man wearing high heels. Unfortuately I could not hear the answer but I would have loved to hear the answer

First day wearing my boots to work. No one has commented yet, although I don't know whether any one has noticed as my trousers cover most of the heel.

Next week I'm going to start wearing my 3 inch block heels on a regular basis at work. The office is mainly man populated and would appreciate suggestions on excuses why I am wearing heels. I was think about a physio/medical reason but have not yet come up with any specifics ideas yet?

Thank's everyone. I think I am going to buy a pair of stiletto's. I've seen a pair in Argos, UK Size 9 Kit with a 3 inch heel. When i'm not wearing my 2 inch block heel boots I will alternate between my 4 1/2 inch block and the 3 inch stiletto heels Any female points of view?

Hi, I'm fairly new to wearing high heels. Wear a 2 inch block heel almost all the time but have recently brought a new pair of heels with a block heel of 4 1/2 inch. I read somewhere that when you are learning to walking in high heels you should wear stilettos before block heels to get use to balancing on the heel. Do you agree or have any other suggestions on how to adapt to wearing high heels.
