Just ordered another pair of Pleaser Xtreme 801 8" mule for a neighbor. We plan to add a 4x4 wood scrap to them so that he will be about 12 inches taller. Even if the wood attachment fails this will be higher than the 7" boots that were stolen recently. sven

Thanks Bubba136 for posting the Hard Hat pix. I remember seeing it in an electronics trade magazine that I used to get several years ago. There was a second pix of several people at a bus stop bench all wearing heels. sven

Easiest heels for me to walk in are Frankenstein boots. But I agree- watch out for uneven dirt floor in your basement. The 5" heel and 4" platform makes it easier to work on house repairs near the ceiling. The one piece polyurthane sole and heel is lightweight and stable on most surfaces.

Hi onyourtoes. I also enjoyed your High Heel School story with its literary detailed way of telling a story. My engineering attention to detail appeared when I had a CT scan recently. I wanted to know what kind of image sensor it used. Please spin some more stories to inform and entertain us in your own special way. sven

Yes - I find that wearing 6 in pumps causes calf muscle cramps. I read here that practice eases the pain as it strengthens the muscles. I wonder if such practice will help Senior Citizens who have trouble maintaining their balance while standing still. sven

The highest heel in my collection is an 8 inch Pleaser Xtreme 801 mule. But I find 6 inch no platform pumps are harder to walk in. sven

I am new to forums but have been wearing high heels for over 40 years. I like them oversize noisy and high. Late at night stomping around is my thing.

Interesting also Fascinating as Mr Spock would say. Do you have video of 12 in boots making noise on hard floor?
