My dream pair is a round toe (hidden platform) patent pump in either red or black ... 4 to 5 inch heel ... Having trouble finding something like this in a larger size though. The hunt continues!

Great question. I guess there's an element of feeling feminine for some guys, but it may also be a desire to say 'screw society' i'll wear what i want. If the shoe fits etc.

Like many here I had trouble dealing with my appreciation for high heels for many years until late last year when after many mixed messages, drunken nights out and going silent for long periods of time, I managed to tell my partner one night... I wont forget it. She was so good about the whole thing and told me I was brave for opening up to her about it. Since then we've shopped together and she has even ordered pairs of heels online for me. I am so grateful for this and I really hope that anyone who struggles with an issue like this has an understanding parter or friend/s to talk to. Of course we are all here to listen/discuss also!

I own four pairs (all black), purchased in the past 3 or 4 months. My partner has been great about it since i told her last year, so we go window shopping for shoes regularly now. I'd like to have the courage to walk into a store myself one day and ask to try some on!!
