  1. which ballet boots?

    ...

i can't wait until i finally break down and pay the money for a pair. i've been craving them for so long...

I have purchsed the devious 2020, i tried initially to get the 1020's as i had been advised these are easier as a first boot, but i couldnt get this boot in the uk in my sie for a price i was willing to pay so had to go for the knee length one, which do look stunning. They are a tad difficult for me to do up, but that could be due to me being corseted.. im sure ill find it easier with pratcise...

Ive seen some stunning ones from punative shoes, but they are pricey especially as the pound is so weak at the moment... so they will be my reward if i get to stand in my current boots for longer than a nano second...

  2. Waiting for "that package" to arrive is horrible, isn't it?

    Welcome to HHplace!

    Hello and thank you

Im not sure what is actually the worst if im honest, the loooooooooong wait for the boots, or the realisation that once you have them the wearing of them isnt going to be anywhere as easy as you initially aniticpated.. ;-)

  3. Ive just recently received my first pair of ballet boots after waiting many months, well 2 but it felt like more, for them to arrive... it would seem depending on your foot size they are like gold dust in the uk. Having tried them on for the first time last night i can hand on heart say i really didnt think they would be that difficult to stand up in, and here i am hoping to train to the point of walking.. errmmm yes. They are stunningly beautiful boots and i am so glad that i have them i just hope that my dedication and determination gets me through to my end goal.

  4. Here is a topic for every one to thing about.....

Would you have surgery to shorten your toes so that your shoes fit better????

Couldnt you just buy decent quality shoes that would fit well, maybe made to measure?

Undergoing surgery so shoes fit better seems a bit drastic to me, i do sometimes have problems with getting shoes to fit comfortably due to having odd sized feet, but i doubt i would ever shorten my toes to accommodate a shoe...

  5. Completely new here, well created the profile at the beginning of january in keen anticipation of the arrival of my ballet boots. And some two months after ordering they are finally here....... that was the longest two months ever!

A bit about me, im into body modification and currently im waist training wearing a corset 24/7 to reduce my natural waist size, and now that my boots have finally arrived im about to start heel training.

I have a massive thing for heels and have several pairs of shoes/boots in all heights ranging from an exceedingly comfortable 2" right up to the tortourous 8" heels... but as they say no pain no gain right...

I have joined here so i can seek encouragement, support and advice from others that are also into heels and will personally know what it is im going through as i embark on my training in an attempt to be able to stand comfortably, and possibly walk, in the ballet boots. And after trying them on last night i suspect im going to be needing all the help i can get.

    Regards
