I saw a music video in which a female singer is followed by many pairs of high heels, marching in a line, as she walks down the street. I'm not certain that the video was American. Anyone know the name of the song, or singer, or any idea what I am talking about thanks?

We didn't get the rest of the story. But it Sounds like the girls know or at least suspect that the guy in question likes stiletto heels. If he started acting strangely upon seeing her shoes, this would confirm it.

Candid high heel footage from the 70's and 80's?? Wow, I'd be interested to know how you pulled that off given how big camcorders must have been back in the day.

I happened to be watching the Espy's intro last night when I was dining out and it reminded me of the best heel sightings I have had in the media. These don't compare very well to the real life sightings I have had in person, nor are they as numerous. But it is a trip down memory lane. If I can find the links on Youtube, I will naturally respond to the thread and you can see for yourselves and make up your own mind. 1. I seem to recall that the 1999 ESPY awards the woman on stage in the background who escorted people had some really nice heels. It was hard to tell because the camera didn't zoom in on her, of course it was zoomed in on people like Jeff Gordon, Mark McGwire and of course Lando L Jackson.... and the lighting wasn't always ideal. But you could kind of tell that her heels were probably pretty good. She was standing most of the time on the stage in the background. 2. There's also a Steven Seagal movie, they're all almost the same and I don't remember the name now, but Segal walks into a bar and some guy tells him he can't go in and puts his hand on him. Segal twists the guys arm and proceeds to contiune into the bar after whooping his ass. In the background you can see a blonde in the background at the bar talking to a guy, and it looks like her heels might be pretty nice. 3. California Girls video with Van Halen is pretty awesome, for more than one reason, but the heel heights could be higher 4. Some of the Robert Palmer and Whitesnake videos are good but again the heel height is sometimes a little less than ideal, but the styles aren't bad. 5. Howard Stern TV show had an episode, maybe episode 63 or 64 back in 93, that was called Find the Tuna or Find the Lesbian. And the one that was the lesbian was the one wearing the best heels, and they were kind of good too. 6. There's a Dolly Pardon movie with a cop, which has some good shots of heels. I''ll research it and respond to the thread with the movie name, Just can't remember the name off hand. 7. If you've ever watched the Summer Olympics, women gymanstics, the women do a ball and rope routine as one of their acts, and sometimes the way they walk, looks like they are walking in very very high heels, if you watch it from a distance. Gymnast women, I gather, would be very qualified to walk in heels. They could probably do it all day w/o problem.

I think fetishism is quite common and high heels is one of the more common fetishes.... so ya, it's not too far from normal. it's not like wanting to wear diapers or anything. It's kind of on the borderline of normal and abnormal. Of course, if you like a woman simnply because of the shoes she wears, some people will think you are superficial. Well, maybe we are occasionally superficial.... and what of it???

I think a lot of interesting posts were made in this thread, particularly in the first few posts. In general, it would not be very good in my opinion if men wear high heels because it would reduce the level of sexual dimorphism, which in my opnion at least is not desirable. I say this because I think the original reason I became attracted to high heels in my high school years is probably because I associated them in my mind with "feminity" and "uniqueness" or "suggestive" (but I am not 100% certain this is only specualtion on my part; it may also have been a bizarro response or overreaction to the fact that for me feet are usually the most unattractive part of a woman's body and certain types of heels--I am picky not just any pair will do--may compensate for that. Personally, i don't like high heel sandals, for example, but it would be tha much worse if guys wore them. Now that I am on this point I will make several other points: 1. A woman's overall look is important (for me at least), and yet unattractive women can become more attractive if they have really good legs and good heels. 2. However, it might not be good if even all women wore really nice high heels all the time , because it could reduce the uniqueness and the thrill of the chase. 3. Leaving myself aside and turning to the general public, most people would not like for men to wear high heels, because as I said, it reduces the level of sexual dimorphism, and most people would agree that is not good if it became widespread. Just like we wouldn't like it if men wear skirts, or bras, or had softer voices, or lighter features like women. 4. Turning to myself, most of the time I see or hear a woman in heels it does not much for me anyhow because I am peculiar. I turn or look but am not impressed. Still, we should not blur the lines. In conclusion, it probably would defeminize it for a lot of people and that wouldn't be good. Conversely, I wouldn't want heels to be overly associated with prostitution or pornography either (just as women's vibrators fell out of popular magazine advertisements once they were recognized as such.) But then, maybe I am a purist??

If a woman's foot is 9 inches long.... does that mean she wears a size 6 in US women's shoe size terms? ALSO, Would her foot likely reach this size around the age of 18? If so, what would the significance of that be? Is that the average shoe size for a woman? And are really hot heels more likely to be found in this size? Thanks much in advance.

If I see a woman wearing a particular type of hot shoes which really arouse me, what are the chances that another woman could wear them with similar effect? So for example, if you have 10 20 year old college girls, with half of them size 7, a quarter size 6, and another quarter size 5.....with mostly similar figures.......what are the chances they could wear the exact same style/brand/year/model in same or slightly different sizes and generate the same effect and results for me? In other words I think, can high heels generate a fairly uniform effect among women, even when they don't have the exact same size, figure, measurements, etc? When I was younger, I used to think there was a unique effect or something special about it from woman to woman, but as I get older I think maybe I am not completely correct???

PART II-- ct'd from above Tom and Jessica arrived at the main mall around noon. Jessica had decided to go with a pair of BCBG razor thin 6 inch heels. They were really lowcut and highlighted her arches and the top of her foot. This time she decided to be really bold. Instead of cloaking her heels with jeans, she wore a sexy miniskirt which matched her pink shoes quite well. Brazenly walking through the mall in such a manner would be likely to draw stares even from non-fetishists, but at least it would make it easier to reel in a fetishist. As they got out of the car, they walked slowly thorugh the parking lot, making sure that everyone got a close look. Several cars passed by but no action yet. And so they headed to the food court to get something to eat. Walking through the center of the mall, they were going straight for the kill. They got some cookies at the cookie company and decided to walk over to the pet store at the very end of the mall. Tom went into the bookstore while Jessica loitered outside; she saw a middle aged man sitting on the bench and decided to see if she could fascinate him with her beauty. It was more of a 1 on 1 situation. So she stood in front of his bench looking towards Tom in the petstore; she would be able to sense out of the corner of her eye if anyone was checking her out. And so she stood there for a minute or 2 and nothing. Then she got a little cute. She rocked back slowly on her left heel. She then stretched her leg outward a bit and twisted it. Slowly. Oh so slowly. She went to her right heel and performed a similar maneuver. Nothing. Still nothing. This guy was boring. Maybe he was a homo? Oh well, the search for prey continues. He noticed and took a quick look but that was it. And so after that they meandered towards the bookstore. She walked kind of slowly because that enhanced the effect, but it also was not easy walking in these shoes for long periods of time. She stood outside the bookstore looking at some of their wares through the window. As she turned to look towards the entrance, she notices a guy holding a cup of tea. He appeared to walk out of the bookstore but strangely did a crazy Ivan and walked back in. She walked in that general direction but not into the bookstore. Jessica realized that she may have a victim but she did not signal to Tom yet, for she wanted to make sure. She walked past the bookstore and then ducked into a store several stores down, sort of concealing herself. Half a minute later she noticed the guy walking past, sort of looking around. He didn't see her but she was now confident she had an admirer. Even Tom noticed the guy for he was acting a bit strangely but the dozens of other people around were oblivious to the game playing out before them. Tom and Jessica linked up and proceeded to continue towards the jewelry store at the nearest end to their position. This bozo was nowhere to be found. Jessica's deft maeuver into the nearby store had thrown him, for he had underestimated the speed and skill with which she could move in those size 7.5 narrow width, tight fitting stiletto heels. How could she disappear so quickly he thought? How could he have missed her? He realized his mistake; not wanting to blow his cover so early in the pursuit he had given her too much of a lead. He was mad because he had not managed to get a good look the shoes and now might not see her. He was already at the other end of the mall and had no idea where she was. Heck, she could have left by now. And so he went on his way back to the bookstore and drudge through another day in his uneventful life. He did not quite realize the show that he was in for; he had underestimated her exhibitionist high heel streak as well as the power of her 6th sense to detect unsuspecting prey. Tom and Jessica saw him walking though the aisle back in their general direction. Oh ya, hopefully this guy would be as much fun as the last ones. He was in for a show if he was up for it. Part I (Partially based on a true story) Ah, the day before Thanksgiving. The Sun is out. It's warming up a bit in recent days. Not a cloud to be found. And best of all..... no work! A free day for Tom and his girlfriend. Come to think of it; he could use one! He hadn't been spending as much with her recently, what with all that is going on. But today, he was going to make up for that. He was going to take her to the mall for heel shopping. He was also going to ask her to wear one of her hottest pair of heels, in order to taunt any poor unfortunate sucker who came across their path. He would even take his brand new digital camcorder so he could get the sucker on tape, drooling over his gf's wicked heels. For sure, her heel collection was impressive. He had spent quite some time helping her add to her imposing and formidable heel portfolio. But it had been a few months since he took her street heeling; and he missed it. The last time he had taken her to a mall in a neighboring city with her 6 inch stilletto Aldo shoes with metal tip and pointy vamps. She cloaked her heels with jeans only to unveil them at the most opportune times. She caught some sucker when she sat down in the bookstore cafe and got him to follow her back and forth across the mall 2 or 3 times. Over the course of an hour. And then into the parking lot. And then into the next parking lot!! This poor sucker was totally slammed and pawned, Tom snickered to himself. Oh, that was so much fun; and Tom had gotten some of the parking lot footage from the safety of his tinted card. Of all the thousands of guys at the mall; they hooked only one. But dear God, one is enough. And boy was he hooked. Street heeling is kind of like tornado chasing; you can go on several missions without ever catching one. Tom just loved what a cooperative and willing tease his pretty but not beautiful Jessica was. The brunette with the neon blue eyes just loved to toy with and mock total strangers, and she was SOOOO good at it. Just Tom's type of girl. He was so looking forward to a day of street heeling, with even more excitement than the last time. She was off today as well, and it was just about time to ring her up for a day out on the town.
