I went this morning at the Giuseppe Zanotti shop in town , they have in this collection and design an other similar model called "Bow Sandal". I did mesure with the girl working at the shop what i can say is the heel is 18 cm and the larger part of the platform is 6,5 cm .

It makes :7.086614173228346 inches for the heel

2,55905 inches for the platform

Thanks for measuring! Can I ask what size shoe these measurements are from?

It's a little disappointing that it's not a full 5-inch rise, but if this is on a smaller size there might still be hope.

Thinking of getting these for my wife, anyone try them yet?

There's conflicting measurements on both sites for the heel and platform, but from the side profile it certainly looks like it could be a 7" heel with at least a 5" pitch.

Here's some photos of the very high Choos. They are all listed as pretty much 5 inches actual rise on Net A Porter's web site. I'd love to see them in person and try them on... I might have to go to one of their shops next time I'm up London. : )

I bought the third style (Louisa) for my wife. In size 37.5, the exact measurements are: 157mm heel, 41mm platform.

So not quite a 5" rise, but the pitch is quite steep (almost completely vertical), as with all Choos of this height. My wife says these are harder to walk in than the Louboutin Monique 160 boots (basically a thigh high version of the Alti 160). Here they are side-by-side:
