Well over 500 pairs right now. It was a little more but i gave away some due to space limitations

Just wondering if there are any girls out there who have got a soft spot for a particular pair of shoes and if they'd like to tell us a bit about them.

Mine have to be my original pair of Louboutins. They're purple shiffon and are 5" tall. I got them in April and they're absolutely amazing shoes. They were my first pair of super expensive shoes (£450) and since then have loved expensive shoes and I have bought another 4 pairs of Louboutins in the last few months (some shared with my sister) with another three pairs on their way.

I have a soft spot for these in particular as they were my first pair of expensive designer shoes, they're all mine (not shared) and are in my favourite colour (purple) meaning they're easy to accessorise with.

How about you?

My custom made Manolo Blahniks. 5 inch metal heels and soft black and red leather pointy toe stilettos.

Nowadays, people call every shoe that has 3 or more inches heels, which are not chunky, "a stiletto"! Am I the only one thinking that this is not what it supposed to be? Ok, they are high heels but come on, stilettos?? Even in music videos people speak about stilettos and then you get to see ugly chunky heeled sandals!! Stilettos are high heels (4-5 inches and above). The heels initially were made of metal but later some other manmade materials were also used which were sturdy enough to carry the weight and withstand the enormous pressure at the heel. The heels must be thin and spiky. What do you all think?

It doesn't look right and doesn't feel right either. I guess those girls are not used to wear high heels but still try to put them on for such occasions. I would not take off my high heels and not even think of stepping on the dirty dance floor with my bare feet. It is disgusting.

Looks unique. Anyone knows the brand of those shoes?

My husband buys 3M Safety Step pads used for stairs from the local hardware store and cut them to shape for all my heels, it works like magic.
