  1. Alright everyone, over the past half a year I have really enjoyed my time here on the forum. I mostly found this forum after I was given my first pair of heels by my girlfriend. I enjoyed them, but found it quite "weird" for a guy to enjoy wearing heels. I found this forum after I searched for people with similar interests and BAM, here I am. Thanks for all your support, recommendations, and of course effort in putting this great community together - it made me feel at home and comfortable discussing one of my interests. However I have recently decided it was time for me to move on. I am looking for a new direction in life and have decided to discontinue heeling, as I don't think I could go any further (ie: going out in them). I have thrown out 2 of my 4 pairs of heels now, saving only my first pair (it was a gift from my GF). You guys' bravery and enthusiasm has never ceased to amaze me; doing things that I would never even consider doing (going out in heels, skirts etc...) Props to you guys for making the world just a tad more interesting:thumbsup: As this post draws to a close I would once again thank everyone here, you guys are truly awesome in each and every way. Maybe once every so often I will come back and look at what's going on. Until then, farewell everyone and happy heeling.;-)

  2. I just, JUST got these tonight. I was over to wal-mart and found them, the only ones there, black, and in my size. I know I've had these before and went back on them. But with a new supportive gf I feel more comfortable having them, and maybe I'll actually wear them out.

Hey, I got the exact same ones! A word of caution for you though... the heel tends to wobble a LOT after some wearing

  3. So I'm considering buying a pair of tights and/or pantyhose... I came across something called "heather tights" while browsing on Amazon.com Can someone explain to me what exactly they are and how are they different from Opaque tights?

  4. sorry I must ask again, but I am really new to the hosiery scene... I am not planning to wear it as part of my outfit, but I do find that it warms my legs and improves my legs' looks with heels. Anyhow, does anybody have good suggestions as to what brands are cheap, durable, and comfortable at the same time? I did some researching on the internet and heard some good things about L'eggs Sheer Energy so I might be going for those. Any other suggestions?

  5. Hi all, Just want to ask if anybody here has experience in purchasing hosiery from a store. I don't mean socks and the such, but things like Pantyhose and/or Stockings. I just want to purchase a pair or two to see how things look with my new white pair of heels. Any suggestions as to any good cheap brands? I was thinking Dollar Store ones but they don't seem to have a lot of color choices/options.

  6. I tried it with one of my 4" pointy pumps. IMO it helps with my lead weighted right foot (or as my girlfriend says, I did this as an experiment with her). It also helped me with my foot's pivoting. BUT keep in mind I own an automatic... I wouldn't even dare try it on a manual car cause you would some serious troubles fully pushing the clutch in all the way.

  7. I got 2 favourites, depending on the situation. For just wanting to wear heels at home alone, I would pick my black leather 4" pumps. If I was with my girlfriend just spending some time, I would definitely go for my pewter 4" pumps by Enzo Angiolini (she bought them for me afterall).

  8. I am not really a red person, I don't own anything red at all unless absolutely necessary... But I do think that Red shoes will generally go well with perhaps some medium tone colours such as silvery/light grey. Ive seen ladies wear lighter hosiery too, and I think that is actually quite an attractive combination

  9. outside the contest, I just wear the heels with my regular, everyday clothes (ie: t-shirt, jeans, w/e). But since the contest was to see who has the "nicest legs", I just expressed my expression of what I perceive a "nice leg" to look like. But yes certainly, when I took the pictures for the contest I indeed thought about exactly what kind of an image I was looking for, but in the end I went for a more feminine one because of my perception of the ideal set of legs (and because my leg hair is truly terrifying so much that my girlfriend wants me to shave it a bit - or "keep it tidy" as she would say )

  10. Hello guys,

I have to wonder where all the pictures of male heel wearers are who are proud to be males?

So far it helps to confirm my theory about guys needing to create their own idealized a female image. An image that you yourself are in control of.

Or perhaps it just helps you to de-stress somehow by allowing you to feel a bit more female for the period you're wearing them?.

Anyway, if the above is what you seek then one thing I did notice from these shots is that; when your leg muscles are relaxed, ie, sitting or just with the weight off them. They look less bulgy.

Nonetheless, I have to say there are some fairly stunning ones

I shan't pass any judgment yet as I'm sure there are more to come.

Thanks for permitting me to post here.

    :w00t2:

As much as I agree with you that yes, the pictures usually depict a female image. However, I believe that it is due to the fact that this is a "leg contest" which causes so many feminine images appear. In my opinion, the male perception of an "ideal" set of legs would be something feminine as opposed to masculine.

For myself, outside of the leg contest I wear high heels in a guy manner... ie: what you would see a guy in on the street other than the shoes. But then again, i keep my high heels wearing strictly to the privacy of my girlfriend and myself...

It is an interesting topic to explore nonetheless, as sexuality never fails to amaze me:thumbsup: thanks for bringing up the topic Amanda!

  11. PLEASE DO NOT POST ENTRIES HERE Hey guys, I am sure that everyone wants to make comments on the various entries for the 2008 leg contest but are holding back because of the rules on that thread... but here we go! we now have a "comments only" thread :w00t2:! Oh yeah, ladies feel free to comment as well!
