I totally agree with you platformchic. I just wish the rest of the people in the world felt as you do. Unless you are into heels you can't understand what we guy heel wearers feel.

I bought my first pair at a local shop I will never forget Candies slides tan in color wish I still had them they are back in style.

Sandi you are a rare find for a guy I hope your bf is holding tightly to you. I am looking forward to many more posts from you as this is the positive input we guys need from the girls. Thanks again for your suppoet of guys in heels.

Go for it you will love the rush you'll get especially when someone gives you a compliment, It will happen sooner or later I have had more good response than bad when I heel. Most of the women that comment are really into the fact that a guy is wearing heels I think it's all in how you are put together and the look that you going for. If you look like you are comfortable with what you are wearing then be ready for the nice words and looks to follow. Good luck and happy heeling!

Welcome to HHP and no there is nothing wrong with you as you are like most of us. I have always loved high heels on the girls and love to wear them myself I totaly agree with what you have said so just put on your heels and enjoy them and let us hear abuot it here. The way that you feel is excatly the same for me I like doing guy things but I sometimes would like to be able to do them in my heels I'm sure you know what I mean.

Right on Cassie I couldn't agree with you more! Jonnie is also right just put them on and go most people don't care what you are wearing and if they do it's their problem if they don't like what they see I say look th other way. I could be a Carrie B. as much as I love shoes especially the heels.

I'm just gald to know that there are others out there like myself who love the feel of the high heel on their foot. I think "heeling" should be made more public and thanks to all of you guys who get out there and heel it is becoming more mainstream than some would like to think. I thank all of you for your stories and encouragements it really helps when others are behind you in the endevors of this thing that we call life. Happy heeling!

Oh yeah I love to see the deer in the headlight look also. We are not hurting anyone with our footwear choice so I say let them look wide eyed and we will keep on enjoying our high heels.

Most of the Baker stores only seem to have to a 10 they tell me that they will order for you if you would like.

thanks radiodave I like the madden store as well. Everybody should be sure to tell the stores we shop in about our high heel community and encourage them to stop by here and really see just how many guys are into heels. It just amazes me each time that I come here to see how many more guys ther are like myself so happy heeling to everyone.

Thanks JH bakers is a great place to buy heels. I just purchased the "aileen" and strapped them on went to a club last evening. Only great comments were to be heard. Just entering the building the lady checking id's was so into the fact that I was wearing them. She even reached down to raise the pant leg to get a bettr look oh my those are soooo cute where did you get them? Bakers she said I'll be there tom. to get a pair for my self.

Sure let the girls post here with the guys, we don't want to be closed minded like the rest of society. I agree we shouldn't let what others think be the deciding factor in our choice fo footwear but we do. Just put them on and go with it, the girls always do what makes them happy and if anyone says something or laughs they just go with it.

Str8 and loving heels for over 35 years. Just getting into heeling in public in recent time though. Guess I am more secure in my life and am now able to heel more often. Who cares what other people think about our shoes, what about those big rings in guys ears? Not that I am against that look it just isn't for me so do what makes you happy. Safe heeling to all.

I love trying on heels in the stores, most of the sales associates I have had help have been great! One sales associate at a Steve Madden store says "I think it takes balls for a guy to wear high heels, I think its great." I didn't buy the heels they weren't the color I was looking for but the fit and the experience was great.

I agree also the sales staff that has helped me have been outstanding we should let them knoe that they are doing a good job!

You guys are right I should have left the store with them on my feet instead of a shopping bag. I find that it would be easier to take the step out of the store if I weren't alone. The first time I wore heels out I made it about 300 feet and heard from behind look that guy has on heels so I ducked into a food place and changed it was really a rush. I don't have a problem trying them on in the stores even with other people around never had a mean comment just can't seem to get past the door you know what I mean. It is getting easier though just knowing that all of you are out there heeling really helps. Happy heeling!

Hi been reading here at hhp for some time now and just wanted to get in on the fun of high heels. I tried on my first pair in 1973 that belonged to my cousin and have been hooked on them ever since. I love the way the make your feet look I love the sound they make I love the feelng that I get when I put my foot into a nice 5" stilltto. I am glad to have found that there are others out there like myself. I would love to be able to talk with other guys that are in the same intrest as myself, str8 married w/children all of whom don't know about my passion for heels. I just think that men sould be able to wear them if they so choose to with their daily dress. Happy heeling!
