Fj, well written. For all those men that secretly fancy wearing high heels in public (and I'm sure there are many here), your message must be a welcome support. It is not something I fancy myself. For me, wearing high heels is part of the intimacy I share with my girlfriend. But that is just personal and everybody should decide that for himself. If wearing high heels outside is what you like, go for it! Mark

Rubber, hard plastic or metal, I don't care. I like the sound regardless. Sometimes you can hear someone with high heels, ticking on the floor, coming from afar. It always makes me turn my head.

Yesterday I saw a beautiful young lady in The Hague Central Station. She must have been around 18 and from a Turkish or Moroccan background, with an exotic tan en raven black hair just over her shoulders. She wore a thin summer dress - in soft brown and orange colors - that followed the curves of her body smoothly. And as I walked by, I couldn't help looking down her shapely legs to a pair of stylish 2" mules. She looked stunning.

As I looked up she caught me look, and for an infinite moment we looked each other in the eye. She smiled and I smiled - a one-second paradise. Then I walked past her, never looking back. But I can tell you, I was smiling still

Black, without doubt. To me, black looks more stylish and elegant than other colors. It mixes well with most types of clothing, let alone lingerie . It looks beautiful with black stockings or hose. Second best would be clear color, but only for platform heels. Kiss Marilyn

High heel mouse pads? Could be a good idea, since both high heels and mousepads are 'used' by everybody here. Whether the combination works, I don't know but it is worth a try.

Anybody ever tried 8 inch heels before? The highest I have are 6 inch platform heels, which I love wearing. On Pierre Silber I saw these amazing 8 inch heels, that I want to surprise my boyfriend with :bday: but I'm a bit afraid of the height. What do you think?

Guys, thanks for the suggestions. In the afternoon yesterday I visited Silhouette and tried on some high heels. Damn, that felt nice - a bit akward at first, but the way those high heels looked on my feet was amazing. I left the store with a pair of black 6in platform pumps, size 44. When I tried them on at home, with nothing else but black sheer stockings, my girlfriend was instantly excited. Walking wasn't too bad - better than I expected - and together with Marilyn on her 6in heels I practiced for about half an hour. And for the rest of the evening, all I can tell you is that we had great time .

Marilyn and I both love high heels. She looks great in those 6inch platform heels that she wears around the house and in bed . Yesterday I confessed to her that I was intrigued by the idea of trying high heels myself. I mentioned it as casually as I could, but boy, was I sweating when she fell silent and looked at me funny. But then, to my profound relief, she smiled and said: "I would love to see you in heels." So now, you can imagine, I'm buzzing how and what heels to try. Maybe you heels-afficionados can help me. What do you suggest?
