Maybe we get used tp it over time, but how many here got, or still get, that "suddenly taller" feeling when putting on heels.  And I mean it was a rush, or even a turn on, where you were like "Wow, this is awesome".  I am not a short guy, but still get the rush of standing so much taller in my heels.  It really changes your body dynamics and gives this strange empowerment feeling.  So of course I have gone for some ridiculous heels just for the fun of feeling NBA sized.  The ones pictured are nuts, but have me soaring around the house.  Curious to hear other's thought.

I have one pair of Campell platforms that I love, they date back to approx. 2010 if I remember correctly.

The silver ones are a US size 11, I dont remember how much the other ones cost, but it was around $150 I think. Thanks for all the comments.

I remember trying on platforms at neighbor's apartment as a kid in the 70's. The girl I was hanging out with was trying them on, and challenged me to wear them. They must have had 6 inch heels, but I walked fine...and loved it.

My wife is very supportive. I told her of my shoe interest just 2 months into the relationship over the phone. It was very hard for me to come out and say it. After I finally spilled the beans, she said "That's it? That's all? I thought you were going to tell me you killed somebody or something along those lines, whew!" Speaking of all relationships, my previous GF could never get over the "fact" that they were "women's shoes", and was not very happy about it. My first GF was not smart enough to form an opinion about anything, and didnt care one way or the other.
