A WOMAN ordered to undergo a community service sentence was sent home by probation workers – for turning up in high heels.

Debbie Stallard, 47, had refused to don regulation work boots, claiming she suffers from a rare medical foot condition.

She had been sentenced to 80 hours of community service after hitting another vehicle and refusing to take a breath test.

But she raised a few eyebrows when she turned up for the first day of her sentence wearing black boots with four-inch-heels.

Probation staff told the mother-of-two her footwear was inappropriate and a health and safety hazard. Stallard, from Paignton, Devon, said her medical condition meant she was unable to wear flat shoes.

Newsagent Stallard was told to return to court. Probation officer Heidi Randle told Torquay magistrates: “She attended on the date required but was sent away because she was wearing four-inch heels.

“The shoes were not in line with health and safety requirements. Shoes have to be flat and not open. We tried to contact the GP in this case and received a letter which was non-committal and does not say anything specific about wearing flats.”

Stallard told the court: “It’s health and safety gone mad. I was made to feel stupid, like I had gone there wearing them deliberately but that is not the case.”

Her solicitor John Darby said: “My client has always lived on her toes. In her last job she had to sign a disclaimer so she could wear high heels to work.”

Stallard is appealing to wear heels during her sentence. The case was adjourned until May 15.

ill probably be working christmas day, dont have the seniority to get it off.. sometime during that week ill drive up to oklahoma though for the day and visit my parents since my sister and grandmother will be there.

my work would only allow for 3 and 4... one would get you instantly in trouble, 2 and 5 if someone complained..

id have to saymy thinking has definitly been influenced by this place i learned how to repair the tips from here.. also.. before joining i wasnt really comfortable in anything over 2 1/2 inches, now im not comfortable in anything under 4.. also they used to come off the moment i get home.. now sometimes they do, but sometimes they stay on and i even wear them to bed after one girl suggested it and i found i enjoy it -hugs ester- i guess thanks to this place they are something i love alot more than i used to!

hmm.. i guess for me i would be a pair of black 4 inch velvet stilletto's i dunno.. i have this extreme love for velvet, most of my wardrobe is, so.. they just complete everything

omg yea.. thats horrid sorry about the shoes i sorta did.. i was on my way home from work at about 1 am and i passed someone.. well at that point.. im not sure what happened >^.^< i turn the corner and he does.. for some reason i start getting paranoid for no reason.. so right at the light i change lanes two over.. then he gets behind me again.. so im like ok.. switch back to my lane.. and yea.. he did.. at this point i freak out.. i took the right.. floored it.. got to the first spot i could make a u-turn and did.. then took a right back onto the road that i came off of.. of cource he tried to follow me.. but he was in a truck to my camaro.. so he couldnt match me in turns or acceleration with such short quick ones... maybe if i had made it long straightaways he coulda... finally i turned down the first street i came to after that and lost him... went to some restaurant shaking...

umm no, i dont think i would.. tacky.. very very tacky. id rather limit my activities/have to be extra carefull where i step than do somethign that ruins the prettyness of the shoe/implies that i need help with it somehow.. as for its statement of being well heeled.. yea right.. reminds me of training wheels somehow..

i just started seeing my doctor for generalized pain -everywhere- muscle related, she said not a word about my heels.. though im lucky i didntt need a doctor tonight... i was at my friends house and she had gravel put down in her driveway (not dirt or cement.. actual rocks >^.^< ?????(something about being in the country that makes people do things like that) and it was dark and her railing on her steps wasnt completly stable, and all 3 of them mixed that when i stepped down on the gravel i wasnt ready and put my weight down and fell.. broke nothing exept for pride.. well ripped stockings and some scraped legs pout.. its been like forever since ive fallen in heels.. well, last icestorm i dealt with anyways!

peggy as far as self lacing them, it mainly just takes practice. for the longest time i used two full length mirrors so i could see behind myself and what i was doing. i still do honestly. also, ive found certain lacing patterns are easier to self lace than others. its hard to describe of course whice is easiest, since for everyone its different, but you may just have to unlace and relace your corset a different way in order to be able to lace it yourself.

-nods and hugs- i like cross country driving, on a nice night with the top off my car. otherwise i dislike it honestly.. i hate traffic with a passion, at least i dont feel like im about to get hit constantly with the car i have currently.. rain is sometimes fun if its been raining for several days, im just glad its a rear wheel drive or id have totally wrecked it by now in the rain. I can somehow, amazingly say that ive never been in an acident that has involved another person, but i dunno how many times ive managed to get into one that totally destroyed the front end.. (ran off the road once during a rainstorm and took out a wrong way sign with the rear end of my car >^.^< also twice.. well once ran over a curb and totally bent in the wheel of a car, the other time ran over something and did the same. my dad ever gave up on one thign and that was trying to teach me to drive a stick. i just couldnt even get them started if they stalled on me.. my mom can drive anything under the sun though.. and my sister, i think shes bothered less than i am in some ways, but i remember her husband telling me when she learned to drive, she wouldnt even move the car if another car was coming in the opposite direction. and both of us managed to hit a parked car lol.

black 2002 camaro t-top v-6 automatic. gets me into way too much trouble.. love the t-tops sometimes, others i hate them. my first car was a t-top mustang and i got caught in a hailstorm once. so not fun.. i kep thtinking the hail was going to break the t-tops.. and i did forget to latch a t-top down once on the camaro.... eeeeek.. off flying it went!! and shattered into millions of peices.. luckily i found another one the same day, but somehow bought two so i have a spare around if i ever do that again

-hugs tightly- yea driving sometimes isnt fun i like it well enough.. but... my love hates driving with a passion.. and me, i wont drive anything thats a stickshift or suv either.. one i just cant drive, the other i feel like im going to wreck it its so huge. good luck hun!

definitly get one custom made, or at least a high quality corset from a place that makes custom ones, because if you discuss it with them, they will be able to make sure its one that fits at least and steer you away from one that wouldnt.. underbust is alot more forgiving for non custom corsets than overbust ones.. those practically will have to be custom. my worst negative from wearing corsets... after about 8 hours they can start itching, mostly when you just start wearing them at there tightest, so be ready for it.. other than that.. their nice and ive found they dont restrict movement nearly as much as i thought they would... also if you plan on wearing them for such a long period, you may or may not have to change your clothing styles depending on if you want to let the world know your wearing them.. and.. with such a smaller waist, youll definitly need to figure out what your going to do with skirts/pants and how they sit

hmm i cant say it ever hurts to wear 4 inch heels.. feels weirder /not/ to honestly. i wear them anywhere 12-16 hours a day depending on work and errands every day without noticing them. always with love angel

hmm i think the reason their are less girls is because for girls its more just a general fashion and not a fetish that needs to be discussed... as for why i dont post.. works gotten way busy of late.. busy playing ffxi.. and just in general withdrawn in myself again of late and hiding from the world.. i dunno. another 2 hours till i get off then i get to go visit my cousin lol. always with love angel

my love is 4' 11" omg lol.... and she absolutely refuses to wear heels.. sigh..

my neice even before she was 10 years old was already wearing 1-2 inch heels daily.. and occasionally 4 inch.. not stilletto's, but still. sigh.. lol. i watch the girls at her school when i visit, and most of them seem to.. around here, none of them do. thena gain alot of the schools around here seem to have dress codes and her doesent.. not sure if that changes anything...

you forgot all day and night lol.. support internet/telephone/televsion for work.. then before and after.. only time im not on the net is if im asleep.. lol.. and even then my computer still is and its within fingertip reach.. if i dont have the house net or work.. i either have the wifi internet(how i survived when the power went out for a day after storms in dallas) for my laptop, or my cellphone.. omg im so patheticly wired.

hmm... i may very much be a masochist.. omg i love pain when properly applied mmmmm.. but not when it comes to shoes lol i wont wear a pair if they arent comfortable.. i have sent plenty back or not bought them because they were not.. and will in the future..

Thoughts yes, enough, give your mistress the option to make you stuck? Of course you can get stucked with 4" ers. Walk with them sleep with them. A very good method is go for sportschool or other kind of sport en wear directly afterwards your highest heels. (Cooling down on h heels). And don't ever allow yourself to touch the floor will your bare heels.

Of course people are staring when hiking, swimming, training on heels. There are al lot more difficult moments. like your mention yourself the park but think also of doctors, wooden floors, gardening, ships, beach. The most of them you can master, other there is no other choice than to tell that your stucked. That’s one of my trills. It is a choice. Ooowwh when I get op an my heels met the floor. Not practical as Jen said but the trill.

hmm.. yea i will ask her... i like anything that will give the feeling of helplessness... real or imagined.. only reason i dont wear a corset currently is cause i got to small for my old one to feel tight on me, and the new one isnt properly seasoned yet.. not totally happy with the corset maker... i have a feeling itll only be a couple months before i have to get yet another one made sigh... she didnt go nearly as tight as i wanted...

most of what you mentioned i dont have to deal with thankfully but ack on the hardwood floors.. my house is pergo... (maybe replace with stone??????) but till i can ask... no time like the present to start i guess.. and if she says no then stop.. lol.. but she tends to truly give me what i want if it doesent conflict with her own wishes for me if she knows it will make me happy.
