Go to Toerings.com, for a couple bucks they will send a zip tie kinda sizer. I've had a gold Celtic weave for six years or so and only time it's been off was to add a 1mm. ring to each side.

Steel toes at work for me and nail polish doesn't take up too much space inside the boots. When they come off, tada nice looking nails. Not always painted for others, sometimes it's for ME.

Couple of really nice shoes there but not much of a wedge kinda guy myself.
