It's great if you can find contrasting seams to match an outfit but unfortunately it's not always possible. My favourite stockings are Cervin - quite expensive but worth it! I love to go out wearing in high heels, above knee clingy pencil skirt and seamed stockings ... worn with suspenders of course. It's amazing how much interest an outfit like that will generate.

Hey. I just had a great idea. Try fishnet on one leg and seams on the other. Stockings make it ideal for this don't you think? I once went to a party and saw a girlfriend of mine wearing different coloured legs. She was wearing pantyhose that had taken her weeks to find. With stockings it's so much easier! I'm going to try it at the weekend. If anyone wants proof then please write to me.

I used to place orders with Gino of The Little Shoe Box. He was really well known for his extreme fetish footwear. Unfortunately the shop seems to have closed. Does anyone know whether they are in business elsewhere or have any contact details for this manufacturer? Alternatively, could anyone recommend another company who specializes in this type of leather footwear?

Tanned naked legs look great with heels but NEVER go without nylons if your legs are white ... Yuk! Obviously nylons look great most of the time but personally I don't like nylons with strappy opened toe stiletto's.

I'm lucky like Maxine, self employed and working from home so I can wear whatever pleases me and if I want, I can change from knee length to thigh length and back again. Oooooh I'm so lucky! I have lots of different coloured and sized fishnets but my first choice is seams! The contrast seams are great. I have black with red seams and tops but would love other colours if anyone knows where to get them?

5 inch max for during the day unless of course I'm sat down for the whole time! 4 - 4.5 inches is plenty high enough for me if I'm shopping as I'd hate to cut short a shopping trip due to sore feet!

Stiletto heels without platform for me too. Platforms are great if you want to go for the extreme heel height - I have some great platform boots with 12 inch stiletto heels!

My most outrageous was worn as an adult, helping out at the Halloween Party behind the bar. French maid outfit with two tutu's underneath, green and purple striped stockings with visible multi clip suspender belt holding them up, 5.5 inch stiletto shoes. Great night .... sold LOADS of beer!

I find 5 inches are great for a full night out including dancing etc. Anything higher would involved lots of sitting down!
