    Hey everyone! Sorry for not answering for so long. And I was surprised this link was so popular until I saw the cowboy boot error! Anyway, I have finished studying for the mean time, which sadly leaves me little time for the internet. But have been wearing the Schuhs a lot and they are fantastic :cry1:) Love then, still no comments, but hey.

    I didnt get to wear the D&G's as the work party was cancelled due to the snow! My Bf is now shouting at me as I boughtt £300 shoes and haven’t worn them, oops! Anyway, Speak soon x

    Thanks Jwhite44 and Daniel, I will have a play with the settings (or get the BF to do it!), I hadnt realised I could change them (so technical arent I!!) We actually use the TV as a monitor, so I thought the image was just how it comes! Thanks also for the nice comments, you know us girls, always feel fat anyway! The heel height is 120cms so 5 inches. The picture doesnt do them justice, they have a slightly darker bright patent red, with a metallic look (so would say crimson ish). Can you believe no one noticed my shoes at work!! How rude ;o) Actually think the only comments I have had at work were when I wore flats once!! What is wrong with the world!

    Hi everyone Just incase any of you havent lost interest in waiting for me to post a pic! I have finally taken some pics of the new shoes...wish i hadnt as my legs look huge!! (hoping its the widescreen monitor I use!) Anyway, diet started!:cry1: You can find the pic in my album..and I will try and post here too. Wore them to work all day on monday, and pretty comfy, if a little slippy as the bottoms arent cut up enough yet for carpet grip! My bf notice a shop girl wearing the black ones yesterday when he was xmas shopping (not sure I could stand in them all day, but good on her!)..actually he said he saw a number of shop girls wearing v high heels..last time I let him out on his own! I have also received my D&G shoes, they fit great, so v pleased. I havent painted my toe nails yet, so no pics! Will put them up when I can. Have bought a few shoes recently, and keep meaning to take pics, longs days at work and study at weekends leaves little time, fun! Tanya

    They do look very similar, and a have distinct Louboutinesq about them...

    I have just unpacked them and briefly tried on. They are a fantastic red, slightly darker then the normal red you see. Very pleased.

    They fit true, if a tiny on the roomy size. The only point I wasn’t too happy about is that on one shoe, the part where your foot goes is slightly lumpy (I sound like the princess and the pea!) so is a little uncomfortable, but I can deal with that. Otherwise looks as though they are made well. So very chuffed.

    Have a stinking cold, so my plan to put pics up, may have to wait.

    Jwhite44, I know what you mean. Many a pair of shoes I have bought off the internet, to find when I get them they are a different colour..never been too disappointed though. Think the most different were my leopard pattern Louboutins, they looked to have faux suede, but I got them to find they were very shimmery with about 4 shades of black brown and gold! Guess I should have read the description!

    And yes I agree re the platform, which is why I was chuffed to find these :cry1:)

    Amanda, that is brill, you're a star! Thanks for that will give them a call ;-)) hopefully they can operate!! Roz, they cut away the original red sole and glued the new rubber one on...and then in the process of however they do it, scuffed the actual shoe :w00t2:( Sacrilege i know! Not sure the name of the boot, but my b'friend bought them from Net-a-porter for me a couple of xmas' ago, knee length, plain black, I love them. xTP

    Now, my £1K boutin boots, kinda had to have a new sole, got a rubber red sole from Ebay.Got them fitted by the local cobbler, they look soo sad! Think it was the wrong choice! Anyone else tried to re-heel l'booties? Timpsons....not a good call! x TP

    The new series of Bionic Woman has the heroine running around in high heels atleast a couple of times per episode. I love that.

    On most shows with females wearing high heel its very obvious that they switch to lower heels when the action kicks in. But not on this one :silly:

    On to top it off, its a good show too :wave:

    Michelle Ryan being British and about my age was lucky enough to grow up in the days when everyone wore heels all the time, even at school.... therefore just an extension to her feet! Running in heels, noooo problem! :smile:

    If it's read by Louboutin wearers then best I get a subscription to get an insight into their world!

    I was at Chelteman horse races today and saw a girl tottering around in her 5" purple Louboutins! Only my 2nd ever sighting in the wild!

    I saw Beckham had some purple ones on on Ellen show, lovely!:smile:

    Step way from the magazine! Reading Heat too much Tanya or whatever other gossip mags you read! :wave:

    I'll let you know that Heat is a highly well researched and academic source of the most important information to woman...who is fat, who has been dumped, who has cellulite and who is wearing Louboutins..or UGG boots! Now if only the world was actually run by woman! :smile:

    Yes Paris does have BIG feet, and yes she does wear designer shoes. In fact a couple of designers custom make her shoes since they are larger than the rack shoes. But I've noticed that her feet are really not that attractive and she tends to abuse her shoes. Many times the heels of her shoes are tattered and that detracts from her put together look.

    I can't knock her totally though because I treasure all women with size 10 or better feet.

    Well, I heard that Paris had her little toe removed so shoe could wear her fave shoes!!! Whether that is true or not i do not know. lol probably the too many girls mags i read!!!:smile:

    Can i just say I think Kate Moss should be barred from the Vote due to the fact she has made those god awful Ugg boots a necessity for every spotty teenager!!! And wot is with Ugg boots and tracksuit bottoms, anyone else noted that in the UK, where has style gone!!! Not to mention flat boots full stop that make your feet look like lumps of steak on the end of tree trunk legs! Right rant over, sorry!! :smile:
