I believe Saks has only the Pigalle 100. If you want the 120 you should go to the Louboutin Shop.

Yes they only have Pigalle 100, but she want's to be able to walk in them easilly. Can't argue with that, thy look great when they're worn

Well I just ordered a pair of loubies from Saks… God I’m so excited!!! I just couldn’t resist anymore, I needed a pair of designer shoes for myself. I did order one pair as well for my girlfriend at the same time, she deserves one, birthday gift even though she’s not aware I ordered a pair for myself. She wanted a pair of Pigalle. I went for something classic for myself, Simple 100 in black size 41.5, I decided to go with the lager size since form what we hear Loubies tend to run small. I usually fit in women 10 or 11. Hopefully they’ll be a perfect fit. I’m so excited and can’t wait to open the box and put them on! It’s actually the first pair of shoes I bought in over three years, I got rid of my high heels a couple years ago, but the urge came back and I just couldn’t resist anymore. The money was there so why not go for something very nice.

Definitely 5” pumps without any problems, 5.5” as long as they are strappy sandals or some sort of ankle support without any issues. Higher than that is too high for me. The longest I wore 5” pumps was about 10h

A few years ago I tried driving a standard car with a pair of high heeled sandals (5”) and it wasn’t a success, I had to stop after a few minutes to remove them, just couldn’t shift gear fast enough. I tried with the same shoes again but with an automatic and it was interesting. But it does require lots of patience and practice.

AS I said before interesting to know about the comparaison with Aldo size. I wear size 40 Aldo pumps and the Simple 100 Louboutin Pumps or the Dior Leather Platform Pumps would be great on my feet I’m sure

Well after lots of thinking over the holidays I decided to keep the status quo, which is to keep quiet about my interest for wearing high heels with my girlfriend. It might not be the best way to handle this situation, or it’s probably not the best way to handle it in the long term, but for now it’s the one I feel the most comfortable with. The only thing that bugs me right now is that I really want to buy a pair of shoes, I guess I will have to control myself, I did for the past two years so I’m pretty sure I can But if I would buy a pair, trust me it’s going to be a designer pair either Dior or Louboutin

When I was hearing/reading about going half to one size up I was getting quite anxious because this particular pair is in the size I normally get with Aldos. I went for it anyway and they fit like a glove!

If she ever finds out and you get in a discussion about it, you can say that she liked you for years while you were like this and she did not know. Since she found out, you did not change. You are still the same person she liked so much.

This was the attitude of my wife when I told her. Of course she was a bit confused, but that lasted not much more than half an hour. Then she put the above reasoning together and decided things could be a whole lot worse. Actually now she likes it because we can go shopping together for clothes and shoes. That is much more fun.

Did you ever look in a shoeshop and watch husbands sitting there waiting for their wifes? 100% misery. Very amusing to watch. And that is what she will not have to go through when she accepts you for what you are.

Of course she will have to be prepared to listen to you before you can use arguments.

I must admit I love going shoe shopping with her, I'd like her to try almost every pair in each store, but she's very picky about shoes But she thinks I hate it

I was just wondering if any guys ever wore Louboutins here? From what I heard they might be a bit tight on the feet, but I always wondered how they felt.

Well this is something I’ll have to deal with myself, at this point in my life if I have to choose between my girlfriend and heeling I’ll definitely choose my girlfriend there’s no doubt about that. She’s very supportive about pretty much everything in my life, all my projects and she lets me work on my second job without saying anything which is a big deal since it’s taking lots of my spare time (Beside my day job I work on a side project) I do love heeling, but I think I can live without it, it’s been a couple years since I last wore heels, even though I still follow with passion all the new trends. I don’t know why it came back to haunt me a couple weeks ago after all this time. I doN't crave wearing heels, it's just something I like, but I can live eithout it Yes it would be wonderful to wear heels around the house, but oh well... I can still come here and discuss heels

It’s been a while, more than a year in fact since I’ve been here, but lately I’ve been wanting more and more to come back.

To put you in context, about two years ago I moved in with my girlfriend, which I love very much, and at the time I got rid of all my high heels. I had about 10 pairs at the time... I didn’t mind and thought I was over it. Since she’s a heel lover I was pleased enough to see her wearing high heels and loving them.

But lately, in fact for the last couple months, all the new styles in store are making me want to buy a few pairs and wear them around the house. My god those platform peep toes are just gorgeous and I’d love to have a pair. I can buy pretty much any brand I fit in size 11 or even 10.

The thing is, my girlfriend and I never discussed my affection for high heels... and now it’s coming back to haunt me. From discussion I had with her in the past I know for a fact she thinks men who like women’s shoes are either gay or in the closet, which I’m not. I’m very afraid of her reaction if I discuss this issue with her.
