Yeah I constantly notice guys (& girls!) looking at my heels. Since I am more into boots, its generally my boots that has them staring. Particularly when I wear my skinny jeans inside a pair of my knee high stiletto boots. I was shopping in this outfit one day when I guy approached me, and told me he wished his girlfriend would wear what I was wearing. I felt like singing "don't you wish your girlfriend was hot like me, don't ya?!?!" but I didn't!!

They are really sexy boots lizzie-I like them a lot. It's knee-highs all the way for me. They are so sexy. I have no interest in ankle boots, I dont own a pair, and i don't imagine I ever will. And I think they are un-sexy!! But each to their own...

I have worn a pair of my my knee highs in the shower with my boyfriend.........I think you can guess why!! He loves to see me doing chores in my boots, and as it always ends up with us having a lot of fun, I always wear my boots while cleaning, cooking, tidying. Always.

Well i dont have any 3" steel heels, but my floors are destroyed from my 4" and 5" heels!!

i have many steel heels anyone have problems and has anyone damaged anything they have walked on?

Yeah my wooden floors at home are destroyed from them! We have covered a couple of rooms with carpet because of it!

I think tall boots are great for the office with a skirt. It's better if there is no leg showing between the boot and skirt. What I'm trying to say is the skirt should be long enough to cover the top of the boot if you are wearing OTK or thigh boots in the office.

with this cold weather, there is absolute excuse for not wearing OTK boots or Thigh boots to work.

longer skirts, inches below the knee, look real nice with tall boots I'd just get a skirt that is just at the top of the boots that is my favorite way of wearing mine Let's rocks our tall boots, so wear them with pride.

That sounds hot! Tight jeans with thigh high boots over them. I may have to try that. Does anyone have any pics i can see as a reference?

I dont have any pics of it platformchic, but I know that I have seen Jessica Simpson dressed in some thigh highs and tight jeans. Maybe do a "jessica" search.

Another tip I learned was to tuck the ends of your skinny jeans into your sock before putting on your boots. It helps ensure there's no bunching of material in the boot, and so allows the boot outside to look sleek and fab on the outside, as it should be!

I live in Ireland, I am a smoker, and the smoking ban in bars and restaurants was introduced here in March 2005. Irish social culture is, and pretty much always has been based around drinking in pubs. Being a light smoker (a smoker non the less!) I never smoked a cigarette in a restaurant, the thought of smoke around food sickened me, always did, so I was delighted to see restaurants becoming smoke free. Prior to it's introduction though, I was apprenhensive about how the pubs would be. Obviously they are going to be healthier places, but the reaction from smokers in ireland initially was almost rebellion, and disgust. Almost 2 years down the line, I can honestly say it was 1 of the best things ever done for this society (and I'm still a smoker). Now everyone has a choice, the non smoker to have a drink without being poisoned, the smoker to have a drink and a smoke (in the designated external covered areas). It should have been done years ago!

Wow!!!!! Sounds spectacular!!! I have done it at home for my bf, but it feels soooooooo good- the tight jeans, the fab boots up my thighs, I would love to go out wearing them! I only have 1 pair of thigh high's-a very sexy lace up black pair with 4and half inch heels. And genuinely so comfortable!!

Hi, obviously I'm in love with this trend thats come in in the last couple of years, but ladies have any of you ever worn thigh-highs over your skinnys? I would love to but don't know if i have the courage yet.... Anyone any thoughts/experiences?

They are sooooooo close to what I want but like you, I prefer knee high, and preferably a slightly higher heel. Thanks for trying though
