Not doubting what she told you, but it sounds like a "fantasy" story to me. I can't imagine that a credible doctor would do a procedure like that...

I definitely see men stare appreciatively at my heels when in public, but I can count on one hand the number of times any of them have ever said anything to me. Even when I was single, no guy ever made a comment to me about my heels when trying to pick me up. Other women are a whole different thing. It is 50/50 between the flattering "I wish I could walk in heels that high etc. etc." to the nasty, bitchy comments already noted. Most of the latter comments IMO come from women who lack the self confidence to wear anything remotely sexy in public and lash out as a result.

Never seen those before, but I am in the US. I use Dr. Scholls gel inserts for all my high-heels:

Independent of the "slutty" factor, the issues with metal heels are twofold: 1) they make a lot of noise when walking on hard surfaces which brings a lot of attention that you may not want, and if you have hardwood floors in your home, they WILL damage the floors! 2) they are much harder on your feet than regular heels because there is no "give" in the heel when you walk. I can only last a fraction as long in 5" metal heels than I can in "regular" 5" heels

I love to wear heels everyday anyways and would wear them with or without a man. However it is a big plus that he likes them and GREATLY appreciates the fact that I wear them (for him).

I am only 5'3" so I buy heels primarily for height. I guess I could have voted "both" since I don't buy ugly shoes, but heel height is always my primary consideration.

Was at a musical tonight, and during intermission I saw a young woman walking in 6" strappy stiletto heels. She was amazingly graceful in them. Sorry no pics

While I love HH and HH boots, I don't know of any business where it would be appropriate to wear OTK boots to work. Even if my skirt were long enough, you would see the outline of the top of the boot make a line on the skirt as I walked.

Those are lovely shoes. Who makes them and where did you buy them?

I always wear stockings because I love garter belts and never go bare-legged. I also don't wear pantyhose unless it is with a very short skirt and it is a situation where I don't want my garters exposed (family and such).

With the exception of Little Shoe Box, those were the best ballet boots around. Now it seems that all that is left are the cheap Chinese versions like Pleaser that do not have a stable ballet heel. Very sad.

They have also been on Las Vegas (TV show) a couple of times. Not the greatest musical band in the world, but I don't think their music is why people watch them.

Very very nice.
Who is she?
That is Eve Ellis, fetish queen extraordinaire. You can see more of her at http://www.eveellis.com. My SO and I are big fans of hers. She can walk in high heels and ballet boots like nobody's business.

I used to live in Los Angeles and in the South Bay Galleria there was a jewelry store with an Asian saleslady who always wore 5+ inch stilettos. She was amazingly graceful on them and could walk VERY fast in them. To this day, she was the most adept high-heel wearer I have ever personally seen.

OMG, you actually felt the implants???? OK, I withdraw my prior statement. That is crazy though, fetish is one thing, permanent is another...
