  1. wow. the photography is incredible. really first rate. her posing is also good. the shoes i am not crazy about, they are not high enough. she has very strong calves, some higher non platform somewhat longer maybe pointed toe pumps would really bring out even better lines. the sandals are nice, but i would also go without platform and higher heels, maybe special arch shoes. her lines would look longer and more flowing, without the platform the lines would continue better. i would guess she would need 5.5' to 6' minimum, no platform. the composition and lighting is beautifully done. especially with the gold metallic shoes. she has very nice feet, and you picked just the right stockings imo. please don't take what i said the wrong way, i am really inspired by your photography, these are just ideas i can see in my head how it could maybe get even better. i think she could make money with this. thank you for sharing these pics, and thank you to your wife as well.

  2. If the base colour of the suit is either black, dark grey (charcoal) or dark blue....then the shoes MUST be either black, or grey. It's just the way a suit is....it's not a 'freestyle' item...it's a formal item.

There are exceptions...for example, my husband has a beautiful silver-grey Armani suit with very faint white/pink pinstripes - and he wears silver-grey shoes with it. He also wears a pink tie with it too......but he wouldn't wear pink shoes!!

A light blue business suit should be accompanied by silver-grey, or light brown shoes.

The key word there is 'business'....and much as I loathe 'pigeon-holing', conforming or stereotyping, there are certain 'rules' in society that one really is better off accepting rather than railing against - and the formal wearing of suits for business is one.

i do wonder where do those rules come from? i am curious. i have never worn a suit. or a shirt or a tie. not even a golf shirt and dokkers. not even a sport coat. i have only worn jeans and shorts and t shirts. i have always wondered what governs the different choices people make when wearing formal clothes. i never understood what color goes with what. seems that different countries have different ideas about it as well. any info on the subject is appreciated.

  3. This may certainly apply to some but many hoarders either lived through the Depression or are the children of people who did and are aware of a time when poverty was very very widespread in the US and Canada and were genuinely afraid of being without. I know of three people, all past 85 years of age, who are very accomplished people and not eccentric, but each one of them to some degree buries amounts of money in their yard or some piece of property they own. They remember when banks failed and are simply a product of those hard times and don't want to be caught off guard again.

    HappyinHeels:wavey:

that's not the same as hoarding. burying money, or even being thrifty is a different things. hoarding is a compulsive behavior. it takes over people's life. things become more important than people and relationships or even family.
  4. FF and BB sell some almost identical shoes and the heels look the same. Also FF are based in Southgate in London, which is where BB were. On FFs about us page it's stated that the company is headed By Cos K. I spoke to Cos a few times when he ran BB.

It looks like they have revamped the website and hoicked up the prices, whilst forgetting to improve the customer service.

I personally would think very hard before ordering anything from them again. It was bad enough when BB sold on Ebay and the shoes were only £30 to £90. Now they start at £130!!! At the new prices, customer service should be immaculate.

i just looked through both catalogs and didn't find anything similar, including the heels. the ff shoes ar4e a lot less clumsy looking with thinner heels. i agree at those prices they better have great quality and customer service. ps.actually i found one boot that is the same. but the court shoes look very different.

i am trying to find out the quality difference between FF and peter chu. the prices are similar.

  5. FF is Burlesque Blue by another name. I have bought 4 pairs of shoes from BB and a pair from Leatherworks. BB were awful and you have to keep chasing them. One pair I ordered were so badly made that I can't believe they got past quality control. I sent them back and it took 3 months from first ordering to get a pair of shoes. All the shoes from BB had heels that were a little too high for the shoe. They should have been a quarter of and inch shorter in size 7UK.

Leatherworks were better, but it was a couple of years ago. They never replied to emails and one account kept being sent back as thre address wasn't valid!!! They rarely answered the phone either.

I don't get why they can't be bothered to keep a customer (who has paid upfront) in the loop.

hmm. FF offers very different shoes from BB. i don't see any similar styles. have you actually ordered anything from FF, or only from BB?
  6. Can I ask you how long it took for you to receive your heels? I placed my order about a month ago and paid immediately, but it took 2 weeks for them to email me back after sending them 2 emails while they we're very active on their blogs. They're very busy promoting the company and they're also making new designs almost every week, but it kind of feels like my order doesn't have any priority.. I'm not sure how long it is supposed to take?

i am curious to see how your experience with them ends, i would like to order some from them.
  7. Welcome, Louis. Shoe shopping is one of my passions and I hope that you are able to exercise yours.

    E

thank you. yes i am. i'll go in stores even by myself to see if i see anything nice, but i prefer going with a girl so they can try them on. i have never considered wearing them, but i just don't think they look good in size 15:wink:

my personal preference is from 6-8 US. i think those sizes work best with the heights.

  8. So I could begin with what is a fetish? I'm not totaly fixed on HighHeels.

Yes, there absultely other erotic experiences without them.

    But it's a great addition.

No, i dont wear them myself.

In my very personal opinion, i prefere to see them on a attractive woman as a amazing finish of great legs and a complete feminine look.

that is pretty close to how i feel. i definitely feel like i have a high heel fetish though.
  9. hello everyone. i am a male, and while i do not wear high heels, i absolutely adore women who do. i have as long as i can remember. i love women with small feet wearing 5-6 inch heels. not platforms though. stiletto pumps, sandals mostly. the first thing i notice on women are the legs and feet. i love to go shoe shopping with women. interestingly for a long time i hid my fetish from my gf's, i guess i didn't think they'd understand. i was completely wrong. in a side note i tried to find the search function, and can not find it. i looked in the faq, but where the faq says it should be, there is nothing. please help. never mind. after reading through the different rules pages, i found the answer to the search question. took a while.
