So I wear heels for 3 years only. Meanwhile, I notice it too. Also have a strong and often times painful pull in the foot and calf whom I wear heels sometimes not. If I'm honest I think it's actually also nice to remember to adjust the heels because my feet. Would like to start earlier to wear high heels but, unfortunately, am only later came up with the idea.
