Im sure people noticed as well but you know what... I didnt care what they thought. The fact they kept it to themselves was a great feeling.

I always thought to myself that the only was I was ever going to go out in heels was to replaced the top pieces with rubber ones as to not make so much noise when walking, but you know what.... thats what makes the experience and reminds me im wearing high heels!

I was purposly trying to walk on solid surfaces just to hear my heels! Im on a high! Bring on the next night out!!!!

  3. Ive been out in public before but wearing wedge heeled boots under jeans.

But the other day I was staying at Disneyland Paris and me and my friend decided to walk to the local Petrol Station for cheap snacks to eat in our hotel... so I decided to wear my heels I had packed:

I loved it! The thrill of the whole thing.. The clicking of the heel on the ground and to be honest no1 really cares. i think a little girl noticed but obviously that doesnt count!

I would DEFINATLY do it again and am trying to arrange any old evening out just to wear my heels!!

    YAY!

  4. Took these back today & order them in a size 9.

    Brought the last pair.

Ended up spending a while chatting to the girls working there. They were really nice & not at all bothered by me trying on heels.

One of the men that works there also heels

Got my eye on a couple of other pairs which I might have a look at when I go back to pick up my other shoes.

Anyone that is bothered about trying on heels, just give it a go you might be suprised at how positive the reaction is (and its great fun)

Was the guy working there, wearing heels at the time?

Quick question for you, can I take shoes back to a different faith shop & get different size ordered?

As long as they are still available to order PLUS if we do them in a 9, then YES you can. HAS to be a branch though... Not a concession!!

  6. Hiya all, Im finally reaching the milestone of having 100 pairs of shoes!! Bought pair number 99 from Faith the other day Ive set myself a budget of £125 for pair number 100. I want them to be special.. to be amazingly good looking.. very high heel.. just something I will treasure forever! Has anyone got any ideas what I should get? Im in the UK by the way.

  7. Hiya all.

Ive worn heels for about 8 years now and finally went out in public wearing them!

I was visiting a friend in Sheffield, and she knows I wear heels. So on Saturday morning, I left my trainers at home and decided to wear my boots!

They were almost identical to these, but I bought mine from Faith last year: http://www.alternativeoutfitters.com/ProductImages/shoes/clbylaundry/CLEpicBlkBoot.jpg

My view on wearing heels out has changed as almost no1 notices! It gave me a right buzz and will be doing it again. Ive taken my first step. Whats next?

  8. I've always had good experiences in Faith. In one shop they went out of their way to give me a brochure listing all the styles they did in size nine.

I always used to avoid male sales assistants, but have never had bad or sniffy service. Two occasions stand out - one in Faith in Wimbledon, where the male assistant complimented me on my confidence trying on heels in the shop. I asked him if he often saw men buying heels. He said he'd only had that twice - and both the guys were really nervous - and shaking all over. I asked him if they tried them on, he said they didn't. He was amused by their furtiveness.

    Hiya,

Funny enough, I work in Faith in Kingston. Wimbledon is our neighbour store and I love them there!! Lovely people!

Havent had any guys trying on heels in my store. only myself, behind the scenes!!
