  1. My wife is very accepting of my wearing high heels but I am not allowed to wear them outside of the house with the rare exception of wearing them in the car. She is worried about what friends and family will think because we have two children and at least one more planned for the future. With as opinionated as some people can be she doesn't want the kids to be exposed to the opinions of others at least until they are old enough to make up their own mind.

  2. I keep my toes done all the time. Unfortunately only myself and wife get to see them though. I have found Revlon nail colors to be easy to work with and they seem to last quite a while as long as I take the time to do them right and not just rush through it.

  3. I have never been pulled over wearing heels or anything that would be obviously "outside the norm". Most of the officers that I know have been on the force for 20 years or more. So they have seen just about anything and everything you can imagine. Police officers are just exposed to so many people that are the dregs of society that a clean cut guy wearing heels is really no big deal. They might gossip a little bit if it is a smaller town where you would think a lot does not happen (but you would really be surprised how much does happen) but that would be it. The only time I was ever asked to get out of the car I was I think 17 or 18. The internet was still just a thought at that time. Not until fairly recently (last couple of years) have I been a lot more comfortable about wearing heels and the occasional skirt in the car let alone going into a store and buying any.

  4. I live near NYC and I know several police officers. Both from the town I live in and towns not far away where a lot more happens and the stories that i have heard from all of them can be so bizarre that they almost don't sound real. But at the same time, knowing the imaginations of these particular people there is no way they could make them up. Any guy wearing heels would probably just be another traffic stop to them. I can also say that I have not always been the most law abiding driver and have been pulled over many times. Only once was I ever asked to get out of the car and that was because I forgot my wallet so I didn't have my license, registration, or insurance with me. The cop just wanted a quick look in the car to make sure there wasn't more to it. It was also a state trooper not a local town cop.

  5. What amazes me the most in most of the U.S. is not so much the discrimination that everyone can see, such as what happened to the kid wearing heels to school, but the fact that nobody can just leave well enough alone anymore. Everyone out there is just way too concerned with what everyone else is doing. Who am I or anyone for that matter to tell someone else what they can and can not do especially if there are no direct consequences to me for what someone else is doing. Just like abortion, prostitution, drugs, and any other thing that you can think of that should be left up to individual and family choices. If that choice isn't for you then just make the choice to NOT do them. Think about just how much the taxes would go down if everyone realized this because there wouldn't be a huge bill for trying to prevent everything and instead it could all be taxed and regulated for safety. As an added bonus I would think that a completely different message would be sent to the people that closed mindedness really doesnt have a place for a truly successful and productive society.

  6. I wear a US women's 12. Unfortunately I have found that a lot of the styles that I have seen and liked only go up to a size 11. It can be disappointing sometimes but just means that I have to look a little bit harder online for what I want.

  7. I would love to get dressed up and go out for halloween in heels and a dress and have a good time with it. However my 7 year old daughter would not be able to handle that. She saw something a little more feminine of mine about a year ago and she still brings it up occassionally to my wife. When my youngest is content with going to Grandma's for a weekend we'll go out and have a good time we'll get dressed up and go out to a bar, club, or party somewhere but till that time I'll just have to wait.

  8. I fit into both catergories depending on my mood. I like to wear skirts, stockings, heels, dresses, and eventually would like to learn more of the finer points of passing as a woman including make up and learning more about having a feminine voice but at the same time I can be just as happy in jeans and a t-shirt with heels with no other hint of anything but a guy in heels.

  9. Hi Everyone, I have been been reading for the past year or so and have decided it was time to participate instead of just reading. I love wearing heels and would wear them all the time if circumstances allowed it. I have a very supporting wife but the kids wouldn't quite understand nor would most of our friends. Not a big deal though. Kids are in school and I work from home most of the time. I love wearing heels as a guy and at some point in life they will become part of daily wear. I would also at some point like to convincingly pass as a woman and enjoy a much wider range of clothing. I look forward to getting to know everyone.

  10. My toes are always painted some color or another but only myself and my wife get to see them. I have a 6 year old daughter that just would not get the idea that it is ok and she would just never let it go. Plus she is just such a talker that I might as well advertise it on the radio. So it is a little secret that I get to keep mostly to myself. Color always depends on mood at the time. And at this point they have been colored for so long that i don't like the way they look with out any.

  11. I personally just like a quick look in the mirror just to see how everything looks and then I am on my way as well. I find it much more fun to just go out there and enjoy what I am wearing.

  12. 5 inch heels have always been my preference. I have never had any trouble walking in them. Almost came quite naturally and felt like i had been diong it for years the first time that I put them on. A short while back I bought a pair of 4 inch heels and they felt like I had flats on. Was really weird. Can't say that i have looked for anything lower then 5" since.
