  1. Welcome back!

I am glad that you didn't abandon us after all.

    Airwolf

Beatrice Inn in New York City closes down....

People start flocking to new venues....

kneehighs heads to Spring street in Soho and befriends the former FORD model now working the "guestlist". Is told to come back at any time and to bring whoever I want. She even tells head bouncer same.

this was all accomplished while I was wearing black stiletto patent pumps, no socks, black skinny jeans, a Marc by Marc Jacobs top, and a Calvin Klein satin blazer.

    next weekend rolls around.

    kneehighs accomplishes the impossible.

I was doing my rounds in the club. Walking from one set of girls to another set of girls to another set of girls to another, etc. etc.

Black skinny jeans, 4" patent stiletto pumps, no socks, grey turtleneck mini dress that looks like a long t-shirt, and a black Kenneth Cole leather jacket.

find my way back to a Swedish girl and her brunette friend. It was my third talk with them. Swedish girl decides to give me a lap dance. Then a kiss.

And her friend joins in on the kiss too! Line of men standing there in awe, dumbfounded at the guy in stiletto pumps "scoring" with two beautiful girls.

Leaving the club, I stood at the sidewalk for a moment to check my belongings. Some alpha guy with his 5 man entourage comes up to me asks, "are you trying to invade our territory?"

haha, I laughed all the way to the yellow cab and into the night with my new company.

  2. Please do not schedule right before, during, or after London Fashion Week.

Bristol 2010 is now in the advanced planning stage. However the date is to be announced on the grounds that we want to co-ordinate with the local fetish club for a post meet evening out!

The venue is actually in the middle of Bristol Marina and can hold about 40-50 attendees. It is a glorious venue looking straight down the slipway where I went for my famous midnight swim in thighboots! It is right in the heart of the city with a major tourist destination right smack next door (the SS Great Britain).

I have chosen Bristol for a number of reasons:

    1. I knew that I could get a fantastic venue.

    2. It is a great city with plenty to see and do and boasts some of the finest restaurants outside of London.

    3. It is close enough to London so that overseas attendees can either stay in London and travel down for the day, or stay in Bristol and travel up to London for the day.

    4. Hotels are way cheaper than London

    5. It has some fantastic shopping.

    6. None of the locals give a hoot about guys in heels (In fact it is the unofficial Tranny capital of the UK)

    7. You can fly direct to Bristol from the US and the airport is only 10 minutes from the town centre and the venue.

Please post any ideas or suggestions that could make Bristol 2010 a WHM to remember!

  3. Maybe the decreased selection of larger sizes has to do with the economy? Demand drives supply. Perhaps people who wear larger sizes are buying fewer shoes nowadays or shoe manufacturers are making smaller sizes where it is more cost-effective for them to do so. Airwolf

  4. I didn't know that you have a daughter.

I guess that you have the best of all worlds.

    Airwolf

have you talked it over with your wife? It could be that she'd already told them years ago!

If that is not the case, what I would do is to just wander in with a pair of heels on and see if they notice. If they do they will probably laugh at their silly Dad, then they'll probably say it's cool, make certain "conditions of acceptance" (ie not in front of our friends) and then the job's done.

Treat it in a joky way and they will be cool, in fact they might be a little bit proud of the fact that they have a Dad that's different, I know my daughter is!

  5. I might be interested.

    Airwolf

There is some discussion in another thread about a heel meet in the Pittsburgh area. I was wondering who might be interested, just as a starting point. I would see a fairly laid back event, lunch some shopping, maybe an activity such as a museum or something. Please post if interested.

    Thanks!

  6. Thank you for the explanation.

    Have a good holiday!

    Airwolf,

In answer to the question or interpretation of "secret location", it is not a secret at all. I posted the location coordinates in Chicago so people familiar with the City would know approximately where it is for planning purposes, driving, parking, train.

I also posted that the co-organizer (a member here at HHPlace)of the event is putting up her private studio (donated) to host the event, her studio is not a public venue. Those members who indicate they will be attending will be given the address and directions. I am sure you can appreciate that she does not want to broadcast her private studio address all over the web. If it was a public venue that would be a different story.

Hope this answers your questions and also clarifies your incorrect interpretations.

Oh yes, it would have been far cooler to have heard from you in a PM if you had concerns.

    David

  7. I agree whole-heartedly with admirer. The effort put into these events is big league and I am sure the invite is there for yourself to put one on (and thus, posting the details as you see fit).

BTW, Airwolf, if this forum is as "open" as you say it is, can you show us all a picture of your face?

As for myself, it would all depend on the London heel meet. I hate being in the position I am in in terms of "wait and see", but for now, I guess that's all I can say.

Good luck with it, and if I can go, I will.

Please see the 2007 and 2008 International Heel-Meet threads.

    My pictures are located there.

I am in both years group shots.

    Airwolf

    Hey, Airwolf, calm down!

Here is a person who puts his effort into arranging a meet for us and you immidiately pick on him.

I'll say; do something yourself or keep quiet!

BTW, thanks David for trying to make this happen. Promise to write some reports afterwards.

    Admirer:

Do not get me wrong. I am not unappreciative of Craig's and David's efforts.

I know that it takes a lot of effort to organize a HM.

In this particular instance, I object to the location being kept a secret.

I can't think of a reason why the organizer has chosen to keep the location a secret. If the capacity for the event is 50, I doubt very much that 50 people will show up, especially in Chicago during February.

This is supposed to be an open forum.

Certain individuals need to grow up and stop acting like little children.
