I love the feeling of being in danger to fall down and actually falling down. I like to carve the platform edges round so that it supports the shoe very little sideways and then walk on them for maybe 5-10 minutes until my ankles get too tired. I also like the clicking noise that thin heels make on hard surface. When I see a girl walking on the street the most enjoyment I get when she has the shoes covered so I cannot see them, but I can hear they are very high and thin and when there is a sudden change in the clicking rhythm indicating she had a problematic moment with her heels.

The only explanation for that poor model falling down is that the shoes are too large for her feet.

Actually I have a thing for falling or almost falling in high heels.

I believe the reason for the fall was the slipperyness of the floor that cought her by surprise. Later when she tried to recover you can clearly see how easily them slide. But in the first problem step it was just the heel that slid and bent from under her and she was momentarily supported only by the platform to which she was unprepared.

The second fall after the scene it seemed more like she collapsed on purpose just to get down from her feet that got very tired on the first slippery fall.
