Hi everyone Hello hanna and welcome to our little group. You were just about there with me too in your summary of us - only difference being I prefer to get my peeptoes wet wearing tights... but I'm not fussy if the opportunity arises. You should give it a go! Sorry, another fleeting visit. I have an exam on Tuesday so filling every minute with revision (or learning!) at the moment. However, I did spend about an hour in the bath earlier reading my notes while wearing tan tights - nothing else I'm afraid... not sure popping my wet toes above the water every now and again for a wiggle really helped me focus... but hey! Hi Megan I know exactly what you mean. I felt very wierd and was delighted to find friends here to enjoyed the same thing. I was always really embarrassed getting my feet wet in public and though I don't have the same confidence as Sharon (yet) I am more confident than I used to be. LOL, I love your analogy! I do remember that advert yes. I know what you mean about the "just deep enough" puddles - love them as the water topples over and in. That is also why I love wearing peeptoes. I know wearing them with tights seems a bit strange but it means I can get my toes wet much more easily and subtly and see them (at least a couple of them!) getting soaked through. The downside being there isn't much squelching! Jane x

Hi again everyone Twice in one day, whatever next! Megan, I know exactly what you mean about peeptoes and tights though I do tend to wear them quite a lot with tights as I love to see my toes actually getting wet "accidentally" when I am out. But equally love closed toe shoes as that obviously means the lovely squelchy feeling and that initial sensation when the water comes over the top of the shoes and pours between my toes. Love it! I wish I was as brave as Sharon too. Jane x

Hi everyone Sorry, another fleeting visit to say hello and let everyone I know I am still around! Honest! Been keeping up with all your fashion discussions. Afraid I am very bad on that front and really just go out and buy what I like... or in the case of shoes what might be best in water! Not sure why I've never been into fashion but found your discussions very interesting... maybe I need to keep up a bit more! Great to have you back Sangue. And welcome meganiwish. Like Sangue I wear much lower denier tights, preferably something around 40. However, Sharon convinced me to get some thicker ones so I also like the heavy feeling around my toes when they are wet. Nothing as high as 300 yet though! Is it just the tights you get wet or shoes too? If so, what kind? Are you a wet boots kind of girl like Sharon or normal court shoes/peeptoes like myself? Sorry not to stop long... still got my couple of stories to report... neither of which involved me! Though I now have one that does involve me too. For the most part my feet have sadly stayed bone dry over the past few weeks though. Hope everyone is really well. Have really missed chatting and will really try to get back soon. Jane x

Hi everybody Just a fleeting visit to report a wet feet experience - my first in ages! It is horrible down on the south coast today, nothing like Scotland I know, but really windy and wet. Was wearing my black peeptoes with tan coloured tights. Walking to the supermarket at lunchtime meant walking with the wind and rain behind me, but walking back meant walking into to. When back at work the fronts of tights (and for that matter skirt and coat) were really damp. It only really showed on my tights though and my toes were quite soggy. Sorry, nothing major but I'm sitting here drying them off now and wiggling my damp toes! Hope everyone is well and looking forward to the weekend. Jane X

Hi everyone Thank you Sharon, it is good to be back. I've have equally missed everyone. Talking about this is not something I can really do other than with you guys. It has been a mad few weeks... can't say it has calmed down much but at least I am able to chat a bit more. Heidi, agree with Sharon, it is certainly more slipperly in 40 denier tights in court shoes. My feet can get quite sweaty too (another reason I tend to wear thinner tights) so my feet do slip around more... but I like that. Though preferably from getting water in them than sweat! Sharon, I did it! I finished work a bit earlier today, got home and slipped into the thick blue tights I recently bought, sports socks and my trainers and had a really long soak in the bath! Brings a new meaning to squelchy doesn't it!!! When I stood up and lifted my foot out of the water it felt really heavy. Wiggling my toes around in them was very satisfying... glad I tried it and had a very enjoyable bath. Trainers, tights and socks all now sat on the radiator drying out - may need them again tomorrow! Sorry it took me so long to try it... was even tempted to take a quick photo and post it but no idea who actually follows this forum other than us guys... or even if posting fotos is possible... or allowed! Was quite warm today so stuck to wearing my closed toe heels and thinner tights - wore the ones with stars on them today with a pencil skirt and got a few comments from my female colleagues. ) No time for any wetting sadly though! Sangue, did those zebra heels get that morning shower...? Hope everyone has had a good Thursday and is looking for to the weekend. Jane x

Hello everyone Wyndi, sometimes the insoles of my shoes have started to come away a bit from the shoe but oddly I have found that if I keep them on that tends to happen less. If I take them off and let them dry straight away then it tends to happen more. Also, if I get wet intentionally at home then I tend to change pretty much straight away and not squelch around for ages... more for the carpet's sake! ;o) If I get caught at lunch in the rain or something then I will always try to do so on the way out so that I can stroll around with my shoes full of water (if I am wearing closed toe heels) and if I can find a big enough puddle as I love the squelching sensation. If I am wearing peeptoes then it happens more naturally as water just flicks up (plus my "accidental" walking in puddles helps!) but water obviously doesn't stay in the shoe and my feet, shoes and tights tend to dry out fairly quickly. Not sure if you have read but Sharon and I also enjoy filling our shoes/boots at work... it feels really naughty and I have almost been caught out numerous times. Love wiggling my wet toes after doing that though hate it when I get called into my bosses office trying not to squelch! ;o) Sangue, can't believe the temperature variations you have - wow! I thought it was bad in England but that is amazing. I agree with you about showing toes off... I also think I have nice toes (not that I'm biased) and am happy to get them out and show them off. I am tending to notice more men looking at them... at least I think they are. I am gradually getting more confident with getting my feet wet in public (as you may have noticed I hadn't been until I found you guys!) and am sure men stare at my wet feet too. Though again, probably just imagining it. They are probably just wondering who this mad woman is wearing silly footwear not fit for the weather! I have also bought some fishnets and plan on wearing them for a wetting session. Also got some other black tights with stars up the leg which must also be candidates. It was really cold here this morning and when I left I thought of Sharon and how I should be taking her advice and wearing some thicker tights. Now I have them I have no excuse. Hi everyone Welcome Wyndi! So glad to hear everyone is experimenting. Sangue, in answer to your question about whether I wear any toe rings, no I don't. But I can understand that they might also look great through wet tights. You also mentioned that you couldn't imagine completely soaking your peeptoes but that wearing them and getting maybe just your toes wet would be acceptable... I love that. I often wear my peeptoes out at lunchtime when it is or has been raining and head back to work with very wet toes. I love the look of my wet toes through my wet tights. Walking through grass with dew is great for that! Though if it is long it is more than your toes that get soaked! Sometime I walk through the grass with closed toe heels too for that squelchy feeling which I also love. Interesting debate on thick or thin tights or stockings too. Have to say I occasionally wear stockings but not really out and about. I have bought some thicker tights as Sharon recommended but haven't worn them yet... other than for a shower a couple of weeks ago! ;o) I still prefer to be able to see my toes fully wet. Sangue, did you try those zebra sandal heels in the shower with tights? How did it feel? Regards getting them dry. If it is at lunch then I just sit with wet feet all afternoon at work, or at least until they dry. If it is at home I am like Sharon and tend to take them off and put them on the radiator to dry. Hi Sharon and Heidi And welcome Sangue, great to have you here. Sorry, I haven't contributed for ages... but then as previously noted, I am a serial apologist! Been really busy at work and various things going on outside of work. As you say Sangue, we really do seem to become a little group of friends here so welcome to our "gang". I am glad to hear you like getting your feet wet but unless I am mis-reading you don't seem to like doing it in heels and tights...? Definitely try it if you haven't. Think you said you'd hate getting wet feet in peeptoes... but that's my favourite. Also try Sharon's socks and trainers in the bath... I still haven't despite my feeble promises but definitely will! Heidi, a long way back you asked about the tights I wore with flip-flops before work. They aren't anything special, just from Tesco... but they do the job and certainly held out for my little jaunts around the wet grass. Interesting what you ladies have been discussing regarding wearing tights when it is hot. I feel the heat quite a lot so always have to go bare legged and barefoot when it is hot otherwise I would sweat buckets... and that could be really unpleasant... especially for other people! ;o) I tend to wear flip-flops a lot in summer when I can get away with it... unless it's raining in which case I slip into my heels again. I have been so busy recently I haven't got my feet wet other than a few drops here and there in my shoes at work... something else you should try Sangue. I am really glad to be back! Hi Sharon and Heidi I did it again this morning. Sorry, you are probably bored of me repeating the same experience each day but I'm really enjoying this condensation on the grass. Weird I know, but managed to wear flip-flops with my black tights this morning - was worried I would stick my toes right through the tights but all was well. Strolled around again for quite a while with my coffee and looking at my saturated feet and toes. Washed them off again with the hose but maybe spent a bit too long out there today and had to stand in the shower and hose my feet to warm them up - still wearing my tights obviously! As I was dressed for work the temptation to have a full on shower was strong but I would have been in trouble had I been late. Sharon, I hadn't worn the same shoes all day - I nearly always drive in trainers and then change into some court or peeptoe shoes once I have got into work. My ballet flats sat at home feeling sorry for themselves - lonely and lost without my warm, wet feet in them! ;o) No reason why I couldn't drive in them though so will do that next week and stay in them all day. I will try out my new thick tights this weekend. Maybe even finally get in the bath with thick socks and trainers on them too as I still haven't managed that despite my assurances I would give it a go. Heidi, I agree with Sharon, there seems to be a hint of "think I should try it" in your last post. Come on, give it a go. Make sure it's a pair of boots that won't be harmed by the water, keep the double layer of tights and socks on and have a bath or shower. As Sharon says, you will love it. Nothing beats that wet squelchy feeling around your feet when your footwear is full of water. I know you are trying to avoid it but just once for Sharon and me...? Apologies if there are lots of typos... using my phone as all web access at work is logged... Oh... my feet are dry... I feel a trip to the water machine coming on a few drops (or more!) into my heels. Jane X

Hi Sharon and Heidi I do understand what you are saying about wearing thicker tights... but still definitely more of a thinner tights wear myself. I have bought a couple of more colourful pairs though - thick too. So that's me sorted for a shower one evening... Got a bright red and bright blue pair... should be nice and dark when wet. Did the wet grass thing again this morning. Begrudged to cut it now cos I am quite enjoying my early morning walks around it. Wore tan coloured tights this morning with the same black ballet flats as last week. Kept them on the whole time and enjoyed the squelching today... even kept them on to hose my feet and shoes off when I had to go in. When I did take them off for a quick hose off I found bits of grass and dirt had somehow got on the inside of the tights... just peeking now and they are still there! Gross or what? Hi Sharon, Heidi and Alexa Heidi, so glad you finally soaked your feet - though doesn't sound like you were a big fan of it. Maybe you should have gone cycling wearing heels... now there's a thought. Great story about your pool and red tights Sharon, I love it. May get some red tights myself as they must really look wet when soaked. Not sure if everyone has noticed but the grass in the mornings is absolutely soaking... so before work Friday I decided to walk around my little patch of lawn (quite long cos I've been lazy and not cut it) while having my coffee... I was wearing black tights and ballet flats... it took no more than 4 scuffing footsteps and my shoes were completely full of water... obviously I didn't stop and kept strolling round til I'd finished my coffee. My feet were freezing cos it was a cold morning but it still felt great. I slipped off my shoes and even spent a few seconds walking round in just my tights - obviously to get another good look at my wet painted toes! ;o) I then quickly hosed my feet off as they were covered in grass and dirt, slipped into my trainers and drove to work. Sadly they were dry by the time I got to work but I plan on doing the same tomorrow morning... went to work feeling a little naughty... probably need to be a little more adventurous with what shoes I wear though. Hi everyone I have no real excuses other than working long hours and basically being very naughty and not having visited this site! Been a dry spell literally for me on the wet feet front. No further experiences and I still haven't tried the wet trainers, sorry Sharon. Though sounds like Heidi beat me to it! Other than wet, how did it feel Heidi? It has definitely turned a lot cooler this last week so I'm in tights all the time now though still not boots. Always tend to avoid boots unless I absolutely have to. Wearing boots means some opportunities for wet feet get missed... though will wear them to work one day just to try out filling them up like Sharon does. I am sure the other ladies feel the same Sharon but why should what you have said affect any friendship in anyway? Certainly makes no odds to me wotsoever so I certainly hope we can continue to chat and be friends. Looking for naughtier ways to get my feet wet... was thinking of walking into the shower at my gym with heels on but not sure that would be easy to explain... Hi Sharon (and Heidi and Alexa) It was a looser skirt, something I feel more comfortable in. I have some straighter pencil type skirts but it wasn't one on this occasion... not to say it won't be next time though. I know I am becoming a serial apologist (if that is even a real word!) but I still didn't try the trainers. Sorry. Will do as soon as I can. Found a nice thick pair of socks in preparation though. I see the weather is meant to get much warmer this week after our talk of no more wet feet opportunities... though on the flip-side I might have to forego the tights due to the warmth. So if I get my feet wet it will be as Alexa recommends, just shoe and foot as one. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Jane x

Hi Sharon, Heidi and Alexa Heidi, not sure which part of my clothing gave off the most bubbles the other day... probably my skirt but even my blouse had plenty of air bubbles stuck in it to begin with. It was a pleasant bonus I hadn't thought about. Will definitely do the trainers Sharon. Will try this weekend if I can. Great to have you back Alexa, know what you mean about being so busy... not quite sure where the weeks are going at the moment. I also love the sound of you strolling into the shower to give your bf a hug... I am sure that will be very pleasurable for you both of you!!! My bf was in the shower once when I went round to his and I opened the shower door and stuck my stockinged foot in... sadly that didn't go anywhere... I enjoyed a wet foot but sadly he didn't seem to. Can't believe it is heading towards October... definitely a chill in the air this morning. On one side it means I can wear tights more but on the other it does mean my feet get cold as I still try to avoid wearing boots when I can. But couldn't agree more, just means more warm clothed baths! Plus of course more rain in winter my mean more opportunity for some accidental foot soakings at lunchtime... though they aren't as pleasant when it is really cold! Incidentally, gross story to bring up so I apologise, but I have a corn on the bottom of my foot (as I said, gross). Been told I need to soak my feet as much as possible... well, what can a girl do! Bowl of water under my desk maybe? They probably didn't mean with tights on but hey, must do what I'm told! ;o) Heidi, I sometimes put newspaper (that old one!) into my wet shoes but like Alexa I tend to leave them wet and then put them on again when they are damp as that can be quite refreshing. I put my wet heels on the morning after my bath with tan tights just to dampen my tights... didn't wear them to work but it was a nice sensation. Hi Sharon, Heidi and Alexa I'm missing Alexa too but I can hardly talk - I disappear for ages and don't report in! Heidi, I am always cautious when I have put water in my shoes at work... I think they make a small squishing noise but there is so much banter going on in the office that noone can hear it... I hope! Always wary of putting just that little bit too much in though so it pops out the top! I am not a big boot wearer... I have a couple of pairs but prefer to be able see my feet when I get them wet. Oh and I did it!!! Not quite to plan... but I finished work an hour early today, got home and thought, how about a bath... so I had a bath without changing out of a single item of my work clothes. Was still a little cautious as I went in but once under it was amazing. I was wearing a loose fitting blue-ish blouse, black knee length skirt, tan tights and closed toe heels. Wow... I must have spent a good 40 minutes in the bath... one thing I hadn't expected was the bubbles... lots of them escaping from my wet clothes bit by bit and tickling me in some rather unexpected places. No change of footwear sadly but I did remove my heels after about 10 minutes just to stare at my painted toes through my wet tights - poking them up above the water and down again. Then I put my heels back on again for the remainder of the bath. Not sure they will be much use again... they seem quite stretched - probably the warm water. But hey, it was well worth it! Think I made a bit of a mess taking my clothes off standing in the bath afterwards too... water flicked everywhere. My favourite bit was still peeling the wet tights off my feet! But I did it! And I can guarantee you I will be doing it again. On the downside, I never had opportunity to put any water in my shoes at work today... but clearly got a bit in them once I was home... and then some! Wet toes in the office is the plan for tomorrow... And I clearly I am becoming more of a perv cos I find myself looking even more at other women's heels and feet and wondering what they would look like wet and what their reaction would be. Best keep that to myself though! Just hope they don't notice me staring! Ahh, what an experience, glad you ladies talked me into it... Jane x

Hi Sharon (and Heidi and Alexa) Had another busy but good weekend. Where did it go!? Hope you all did too. Just kinda had "the bath" but I have to apologise it didn't quite go to the original plan. Only been home about 1/2 an hour but didn't want to fail completely so just had a bath wearing just my strappy heels. Sorry, complete fail on the socks, trainers and fully clothed front. I really will try harder. Wearing the wet strappy heels in the bath tonight was great but definitely still prefer it with tights. Heidi, just to elaborate on the different feelings... definitely depends on the footwear. Even wearing or not wearing tights makes a big difference. I find not wearing tights means my feet slip much more and I tend to stretch the toe of the shoe more as my foot slips forward... so get a little bit more grip wearing tights... plus I find more squelch! Plus I love the look of wet tights and the way they cling around my toes! Sorry again to let everyone down... I was really looking forward to it but have no idea where this weekend has gone again. I will try and make up for it one evening or next weekend. In the meantime I think a little wet foot play in the office tomorrow is called for... trying to think of what to do... maybe take my heels off and fill them up before putting my foot in...? Already thinking about it... Heidi, definitely very different experiences getting different types of footwear wet... my fave is still heels with 40 (ish) denier tights - like to have sight of my wet feet! Hi Sharon (and Heidi and Alexa) Back once more... wish I could get back more often. Love reading all your stories and want to contribute my own... though sadly not much to report again over the last few days! Sharon, I was wearing low 2 inch black leather peeptoes last week with with 40 denier black tights. I like my tights to be as thin as I can get away with so I can see my painted toes! Don't think I could have got away with walking through the grass had I been wearing tan coloured tights as that would really have shown... and you know me and my "don't want anyone to notice" thing! ;o) My toes were soaking and I could tell by looking as much as the feeling... my feet were soaked half way up too! But it seemed it was for my pleasure only! I slipped my shoes off when I got back in the office and let my tights dry out... though like you Sharon I prefer them to stay wet... so not sure why I did. The 40 denier tights dry really quickly - probably 10 minutes or so - when I take my shoes off and let them dry. But it is refreshing to slip damp shoes on again later. I haven't even had chance to pour any water in my heels recently which is really disappointing... why my boss expects me to work and not enjoy myself I have no idea. Sharon, are you a web developer? I'm a programmer too and do a bit of JavaScript. I will update you Sharon and Heidi on my bath experience... planning on it this weekend. I have to admit that reading your experiences Sharon that I am tempted by a fully clothed soaking. I know I love getting my feet wet but fancy getting in fully dressed this time. Currently planning on tan tights (40 denier as that is pretty much all I own), socks and trainers... then will take my trainers off and socks - obviously take a second to admire my wet painted toes through my tights!!! ;o) - and then slip on a pair of knee high boots as you suggest. Sounds very naughty just thinking about it... and want to do it now! But once again home late and need to sort everything else out. Sadly Heidi I don't have a Jacuzzi. Great story re the celebrities getting in on the act! Clearly they have been reading this forum and want to experience the amazing feeling themselves. Now I'm feeling naughty again so will wear tan tights tomorrow with closed toe heels and look to pour some water into my heels again. So sure I am going to get caught but guess that is part of the fun as Alexa says. Nothing quite beats that wet tights feeling - squish squelch! I am so childish! Must remember not to try it when I have peeptoes... probably do as Heidi suggests and electrocute myself on the cables under my desk... that's one way to get found out! Heidi, you must be tempted by our stories... come on, you know you want to try it. If I actually manage to have my bath this week then I think you should do the same. Even if you start with something easy... maybe just wear one pair of tights in the bath, see how it feels. Clearly your tights get damp when you are out dancing so it is the natural next step. I still admire you for being able to wear so many layers. So sorry again that I haven't been around much, feel really bad for not contributing but promise I will try to post more and get my feet wet whenever I can to report back! Hi Sharon and Heidi and Alexa I really feel I'm not contributing very much at the moment - really sorry. Everything is still mad, especially at work. Sharon, love the fact you filled your boots at work! I haven't even had chance to do that with my heels this week though did cross some grass at lunch on Tuesday while wearing my peep toes and tights... not that I intentionally dragged my feet a bit but the wet grass certainly soaked my toes! Promise I will try the trainers in the bath as soon as I can. So glad you had a great time in Wales Alexa. It's great that you found people to join in - Heidi, it wasn't me! Sorry, got to rush again... I need to have some me time soon and chill a bit so a long soak in the bath in tights and either heels or trainers is what is needed... or maybe change them midway through my bath. Hi everyone I hope to hear some good stories from your weekend away Alexa! Sharon, the pool parties must be amazing. Do you get everyone else in swimming fully clothed with shoes too? Or is it just you? I bet if you do get them in they take their shoes off! Have you ever told any of your friends about your wet foot passion? I have only told me best friend and she thinks I'm a lunatic... in the nicest possible sense of course. I will definitely give the trainers in the bath a go... sounds very tempting! I teased myself a little bit this morning. Was wearing closed toe low heels... I have quite long toes so nearly always have a bit of toe cleavage showing... couldn't resist pouring a few drops of water into it when my friend was out of the room. Just enough to create a little pool under my toes... was a little worried when we got up that it might squirt out but I judged it just right. I know I am going to get caught out with these little teasing sessions of mine... especially at work! Do you wear tights to bed aswell Sharon? I like to be barefoot at night but love the feeling of tights during the day... especially when they are wet of course!!! Nothing quite beats that feeling... I wonder what Heidi wore in the end. Hi everyone So sorry for my absence. Like Alexa life seems to be so busy at the moment! Work is hectic and worked late a few times then been out and about at the weekends. Sharon and Alexa, I love your suggestion of putting water in someone else's boots or shoes at work! I did that myself a couple of weeks ago as you might of read and almost got caught out by my boss! I wonder what some of my colleagues would do if I walked up and poured water into their heels! LOL! Probably lose my job! Had a good experience last weekend. Went to a lunchtime do with some friends for one of their 30th Birthdays. Had a couple to drink of course and left mid-afternoon with my best friend. We were very near the beach and I suggested a stroll before heading off home. She was in strappy heeled sandals with no tights while I was in my closed toe heels with tan tights - it was quite chilly despite it being August! I headed straight towards the sea and stood just beyond the reach of the waves. My friend who knows about my "passion" and has only once before got her heels wet (ok I got them wet for her!) stood ahead of me and let the sea just creep up and soak her toes. Clearly she had also had a few drinks but I wasn't going to let the opportunity pass so grabbed her hand and ran into the sea with her. Only went up to our knees but the cold water soaking my tights, feet and shins was glorious! Even my friend didn't complain and neither of us could stop laughing as we walked out. As you say Sharon, noone else really noticed. Walking back up the beach was a sandy operation so once back on the prom we both proceeded to one of the taps and washed our feet - shoes still on for my friend but I removed mine just to admire by painted toes through the wet tights! It was a few minutes walk back to the bus stop and sadly the squelching had just about stopped by the time we got there. Loved the experience though! The following morning I had a text from my friend complaining her heels had stretched! Heidi, really need to get those toes of your wet. Sharon and Alexa - do you think we can work on Heidi and convince her to do it? She almost did a couple of weeks ago at the party... that desire is in there somewhere! Wear those pumps tonight and maybe find somewhere to fill them with water later on! Sharon, fantastic to have you here. Very jealous of your private pool! I'd be in it all day in very footwear combinations. Planning on a private foot wetting this weekend. Just painted my toenails so maybe a pair of peeptoes with tights and a long soak in the bath tomorrow... Great to have so many friends here. Have a great weekend everyone! Jane x
