I've been wearing heels for a good number of years (see how I dodged the revealing of any specific clues regarding my age) and I've not noticed any changes in the shape of my feet as a result. Though its interesting to note that my shoe size is now about a half-size smaller than it used to be. I'm not at all sure why that is though.

I have a few pretty styles with small platforms, and one pair of black "play" pumps with a significant platform. I prefer single-soled high heels in general, but the few mini-platforms I have I just had to have!

I keep mine on the shelving in our walk-in closet, but we've definitely run out of space. We need to build an additional closet somewhere in the house, or I need to stop buying pretty shoes. One or the other. I so think I know how this will turn out in the end.

Personally, I wouldn't even consider it. The functionality of my feet are way too important for an elective surgery.

I own several pairs of black leggings in two lengths, capri and full. Some have snap and studded embellishments. I tend wear them with long tunics, either button down or tie-back style, and heels. I also tend to add a wide, color-coordinated belt with my button-down tunics. I really love the looks you can create and really enjoy the soft comfy feel when I really want to be soft and comfy.

I just finished signing up to the forums and wanted to say hello. I'm from Ohio, USA, an entrepreneur and an artist who is happily married with a prominent interest in modern, affordable fashion and accessories. Yes, I love pretty shoes and that is what brings me here! Have a lovely day! -- Erica2Sweet

I'm quite sure I have well over 50 pair of high heels. Probably close to 60. Since the economy has become such an issue, we've curbed much of our discretionary spending and thus, I am shopping much less often.
