The original intent of heels can essentially be traced back to the desire to make womens feet appear smaller. It could be related so some of the foot wrapping traditions in old Asian cultures for example. The modern high heel makes the physical footprint of a woman's foot smaller. The higher the heel, the more dramatic the effect. So it stands to reason a smaller foot ti start with makes the effect greater. In short. voted yes.

Have played in something similar, with practice and a very deliberate step it can be done, slowly and over a reasonably short distance. Voted yes.

I would recommend using the contact supplier option. I have not shopped through that type of site yet. There are several other manufacturers on that site as well.

Also make sure you copy and paste the url. the hyperlink is truncating it because of the space in it.

Centurianonline has a selection of locking heels as well as a diabolical heel lick hobble combination. You can also create your own heel locks pretty easily, just has to be a figure 8 under the heel and around an ankle. A necklace can even be used if you wish it be discreet.
