Facebook is cool...if you look up heels,you can find alot of groups that like heels too...and you can even create your own group...plus there are alot of members here...so the word can get out even more of men wearing heels....

I did the same last weekend in a southern city. I wore 3" ankle boots to Wal-Mart in the late evening & the click of heels was I thought attention getting; then a police man with boots came in clicking too. No one looked at him nor me the whole time. Laster I thought I'd try 4" narrow heels at another Wal-Mart, well the same thing - no one even looked. I hand on long jeans that covered the heel. On the next day I wore the 3" heels all day & no one looked. I think I felt more anxious, but it seems no one looks at feet if you act normal.

the ankle boots with the 3" heel,and the 4" heels,was it a pointy toe or a rounded toe...

I have been wearing heels for a long time now...and have been wearing them around the house and goin out for supper and movies...I would like to wear them ever where...and not have to worry,heels are part of me...and would be cool to be accepted for me...and if some people are not open about it...then I would know who not to wear the heels around...

Thanks..I will try some of those adea's...For family,only 1 family member knows...my sister...why i told her,she has a huge heel liking too...and she thought that it was cool that i like heels too and wore them...as for other family members,will take time..and for friends...who knoew...like you said,all about timing...thanks to all... How does one go and tell either there family and/or friends...how does one begin to say that i like to wear heels....has any one have a bad experience telling somebody about wearing heels... the type of heel that I would be wearing around would be a black ankle boot with a 4 inch heel,with a rubber sole and a rubber tip that I glue on...very very quiet when walking...

hmm,what to do,right now nobody else knows that i am a heel wearer,except for my sister who also has a huge heel liking....she is very open about it...i would like to tell others about my heel wearing,but where should one begin and what kind of reactions should one expect...and how does one explain to others (family and friends) that i am a heel wearer

Cool...i noticed that you both have daughters...and i noticed that women are more open minded about seeing a man in heels... what was it like when your child or children asked why are you wearing heels for daddy...

The wife and I have been married just over a year now,and has been a great time,she knows that I love to wear heels and sometimes we venture out,goin to the movies,walks at night,supper...and of course,heel shopping... My question is,we are thinking of having a baby,and just wondering when the baby gets older,should we hide the heels and wear them when the baby starts to talk...or should we just go and wear whenever,even when the baby starts to talk and know what are shoes(heels),like the age of 3-4...

How many of us are on or using Facebook...Its another way of chatting about anything and everything...I am on Facebook...you can also post some pics,or whatever you want...another way for us to get the word out...

Its a cool store to check out..they have alot or leather in there,some for goin out in the town and some just for the home... I had asked about their ballet heels and said that they were changing supplier... I was brave enough that day to try on a pair...but they didnt have any in stock... they also hold some shows where you have to get dressed ( no jeans,no normal day clothings) but you can go as drag,or any type of leather clothing...i think that the shows are on firday nights...once or twice a month...last time i was in there was about 3 months ago...

I guess it would be around the tender age of 7,went in my moms closet and tried on her heels,she had a few pairs,and 1 pair of platforms-i guess around 7inch heel with a 1 inch platform. Wow,those heels were great... Around the age of 8,my parents would set up a tent in our back yard and let me spend the night in it,which was cool,cuz my neighbour had 3 daughters,who all loved to wear heels,plus their outside porch was always open,i would sneak in a grab a few pairs of heels and wear them at night in the driveway and yard...then when morning would come,i would return the heels so no one would notice...heel heights ranged from 3 inches to 5 inches without platforms...nice.. I am now at the age of 32...so back in the 80's...heels were all over the place...

Question-the wife and I have been going out for walks at night,after work,time is usually around 11:15pm...and I have been wearing heels for our walks. Little about myself, I own about 30 pairs of heels,and I ask her to pick out a pair when we go for our walks,and what ever she picks,I wear out... So the question is,she had picked out a white pair of pumps,what pants and or top should one wear to go for a walk...any thoughts would be helpful James

The wife and I are going in Toronto on tuesday and will be looking in some stores for heels...Some of our stops will be on Bloor St and Young,some on Young St,and Queen St...Some stores are Seduction,His and Her,Northbound Leather,Bata shoe museum,Aldo,Payless,etc etc etc. I rememer reading a thread on shoe stores in Toronoto,and somebody had said a place I think on Queen St,I think near Dufferin..but cant remember the name of the place,can some one help me out... This will the 2nd time that I will be going out in day light wearing heels...The first time went vary well... Thanks

Jeans and heels,for sure...man,heels can basically go with anything...when i do my street healing at night...I wear mostly jeans...keep up the good work with the pics..Thanks James

I almost had that situation happen to me,to have a challenge of me wearing heels...The wife and her co-worker and I were travelling back from London and we were all talking about heels,and the coworker knows that I like heels..and some how she comes up and says,"I bet that you couldnt even last 20 mins in a pair of heels".the wife and I both look at eacg other and give a little smile...Little does she know,I have gone 18 hours in heels,around the house..who knows...we are heading back over to London this weekend,all 3 of us...maybe the topic will come up again...James

I hear ya walking in them properly...every night the wife and I go for a walk,to check the mail and back...sometimes longer...and just once in awhile I catch myself walking funny...but I am gettin better.. Sometimes what I do is wear a 5.5 inch heel around the house...and when i go outside for a walk...I go down to a 4 inch heel... Today I will be BBq in them(4 inch)...goin to bbq some chicken burgers...yummy.. James

Ever have one of those days where you just say.."the heck with it" what I want to do was do everything in heels...work on my van in broad day light,Im having a problem with the starting of the vehicle,I turn the ignition and nothing happens,i keep turnin and turnin and turnin and then the starter kicks in,and other times the starter goes on the first try...All this started just after i got the tranny rebuilt...So im guessin its the tranny nuetral switch...just has to be reset again...or just a loose wire under neath... I just wanted to go out there wearing a black pair of heels and crawl under the van and check things out...or just go for a walk on the street, do some shopping in a mall...I guess parts of me just wanted to get it over with and see if people would notice and see if they would say anything...I might go to a pet shop later today(wed) and walk around in there with my heels on,with a pair of boot cut jeans...the wife thinks that i should go for it...but who knows... So i guess what i am sayin is ever have one of those days where you just want to get it over with...just to wear heels all the time..everwhere.. James

Thanks for gettin back to me...I'm glad that you are still with your wife... I had 3 girlfriends before I was able to tell my 4th,now my wife about my love of heels...and she gladly accepted it... Do you know of anybody else in the area that might be goin down or thinkin about goin down... James
