  1. I LOVE the look of satin! Those are a pair I would consider for myself. No jackstands, quite classy. They look they have solid construction.

I agree fumikaheels. These are some classy shoes. Well done.

By no jackstands you mean no platforms? Love it, lol! Yes, I agree and its just personal preference and not knocking those styles, I'm just a single sole person. Thanks for your kind comment kicks, I only wish I could strut stilettos like you as part of my everyday dress. I can imagine you pairing these sparkling beauties with some skinny jeans on stage and looking awesome!

Thank you luvnheels for your encouraging input as well!

  2. Hello again friends! Its been a while since my last post however these little beauties were waiting in the mail today and I couldn't wait to share them. Purchased at an absolute steal of a price on eBay, the very formal, feminine Sophia by Bourne. Beautifully simple cut with an almond toe box and upper of rich black satin, leather lining and sole. The heel is breathtaking featuring jewel detailing and manageable yet sexy 4.5" height. Overall an elegant shoe of great construction and an instant favorite of mine! Thanks for letting me share! 3. Two and counting!

Hello again friends, its been a while since my last post, several months actually but to tell you the truth I couldn't top that last pair, till now. The official count is now two as I just secured at a steal of a price another pair of Christian Louboutin, Ron Ron 100s in the richest black patent known to man. Absolute perfection in the style and cut with the nice addition of new sizing. It can be difficult to determine a consistent fit from style to style along with the tendency for the shoes to run small, but it seems that this latest release of the Ron Ron is very true to size. As usual, the shoe features a beautiful plunging vamp for the all important toe cleavage, ultra feminine round toe box and towering but manageable 4.25" heel height. The contrast of the red sole against the black patent is hypnotic and alluring. I'm curious if Mr Louboutin realizes that along with the millions of female followers he has, there are many male customers who eagerly seek out and wear his masterpieces. Thanks for allowing me to share and as always, feel free to ask any questions!

  4. I bought these a couple of weeks ago. I'm still on the fence with these Louboutins compared to the first pair I bought, but they are nice. They are gently used, so I got them for a decent price. I was more concerned with the size, since it's half size bigger, but it actually worked out.

Those louboutins are beautiful! Were you going to post some photos of you modeling them? What is the size and how did you decide on your CL size since they may run somewhat small? Decolette 868 100 is actually on my wish list so I may be interested. Thanks for posting!

  5. FINALLY... GOT THEM!

My fellow heel lovers, I'm so excited to share with you after a long search, my first pair of Christian Louboutin, Ron Ron 100s!! I now introduce to my collection what would be the sexy hand built Italian vehicle of my dreams. This is like no pair I have ever sampled, the quality and attention to detail is really everything that the ladies rave and die for. I completely get it and I'm hooked! I purchased this pair new in the box from a member of The Purse Forum who has a personal Louboutin shoe collection that would drain the color from Imelda Marcos herself, not even an exaggeration in the slightest. I don't even know where to begin... the color is a magenta patent and the leather is otherworldly. To me it seems like I'm hardly wearing them because the cut is so low in the vamp and the heel cup, the rest of the shoe just conforms to my foot and feels so light. There is absolutely no pain wearing this shoe and its easy to walk in. The heel measures approximately 4.25" and the overall fit seems TTS, my personal opinion. I decided on this style long ago because of the simple and truly classic cut all around. The shoe is a round toe design but I observe that its not nearly as round as a pair of Jessica Simpson Oscars or Vince Camuto Elaines, those styles are completely round and according to some make the foot appear larger. This particular toe box with its low cut vamp is a perfect combination that works to make the foot appear smaller. I'm not sure what else to say other than perfection. These are just my personal humble observations, I know there are folks out there who are professionals in the study of footwear and I yield to them. Overall I'm very happy and am looking forward to adding to this new collection, my next conquest... Decollete 868 100. Thanks for your time and kind comments and feel free to ask any questions. Till next time!Posted Image

  6. Bravo! Sleek looking pumps, my friend! How are they to walk and stand in? Are they comfortable?

    Greetings fumikaheels :-)

I must say your new pumps are VERY nice.

Most closed toe pumps from Aldo are too narrow for me. Lucky you !

But I think I will try them anyway. Just in case they are made wider than usual.

Thank you for the kind words and questions! Yes, these are easy to walk in and very comfortable, they could have provided a bit more traction on the outsole but thats something easily added. FYI, these are available up to size 41 which might work out for those with a wider foot. Thanks again!

This spectacular pair was waiting for me when I got home and couldn't wait to be shared! Here is Cassie from Shutz in a color we don't see much, jade patent! This shoe is of high quality full leather construction, so supple! Absolutely beautiful with a perfect almond toe box, low cut vamp and tall heel measuring in at 4 3/4". Comfortable, fun and instantly one of my favorites!

  7. Hello to all! I just received these beauties in the mail and was ready to post some photos. I'm not sure about any others out there but in my case its been diffiult finding a true classic closed toe pump in white patent, so far this is a nice candidate, the Elfrink from Aldo. This shoe features a straight 4" heel and comfy round toe box that I'm guessing is the reason that the size 40 is a great fit for me. I was surprised to find that the upper is not leather but looks to be of quality material while the foot bed is of leather construction. Very comfortable and easy to walk in. Feel free to ask any questions and thanks for letting me share!

  8. Hello again folks! Its been a while since my last purchase but I just received these beauties in the mail today and thought to share. For your consideration, an exquisite pair from Badgley Mischka, style Ina in taupe. These feature a notably high 5" stiletto heel and beautiful floral rosette detail to the vamps. Classic overall silhouette with an upper of quality textile material, almond toe box and leather sole. From reviews I've read, these shoes give many wearers difficulty because of the towering heel but are just too jaw dropping gorgeous to pass up. Feel free to ask if there are any questions and thanks for letting me post!

  9. Greetings everyone! My latest purchase arrived last Thursday and I just got around to taking a few photos. I had my eye on these for a while and picked them up during a sale event, Paris Hilton, Spelled in ivory satin. Stunning pumps featuring a bow knot detail at the vamp and crystal accents on the polished metal stiletto heel! The heel is extremely thin at approximately 4.75 inches but the fit is stable and comfortable with plenty of padding on the footbed and note the super cute pink leather sole. I will be getting these beauties in magenta as well. Sexy, feminine, whimsical, elegant are just some of the ways to describe this fabulous pair! Thanks again for letting me share and please feel free to ask any questions!

  10. I'll admit it; I own a few pairs myself. One pair I purchased at DSW (my first in-store purchase; more on that later). Steve Madden P-Heaven.

I love them as well and own several pairs including three from the Steve Madden P-Heaven line. Flats can be cute and sexy while giving a flirty flair to an outfit. The pair I'm wearing in the photos was a very inexpensive shoe from Soda in a black satin with a pretty offset bow on the vamp.

  11. Well I just ordered a pair of loubies from Saks… God I’m so excited!!! I just couldn’t resist anymore, I needed a pair of designer shoes for myself. I did order one pair as well for my girlfriend at the same time, she deserves one, birthday gift even though she’s not aware I ordered a pair for myself. She wanted a pair of Pigalle.

I went for something classic for myself, Simple 100 in black size 41.5, I decided to go with the lager size since form what we hear Loubies tend to run small. I usually fit in women 10 or 11. Hopefully they’ll be a perfect fit.

I’m so excited and can’t wait to open the box and put them on! It’s actually the first pair of shoes I bought in over three years, I got rid of my high heels a couple years ago, but the urge came back and I just couldn’t resist anymore. The money was there so why not go for something very nice.

I'm very excited for you! Please post photos of you wearing them when you have a moment. I have been wanting for quite some time now to purchase a pair of Ron Ron 100s but the sizing issue has me a bit worried. In various makes I take a womens US 9-10, EU41, most consistently buying in 10 but there usually is a small gap between the heel cup and my foot. Please let us know how the sizing works out for you and congratulations! We could use more input from the male group on the subject.

  12. Good evening to all! I received this pair a couple of days ago and absolutely love them, a beautifully cut slingback from Guess of the Devine style. Towering thin stiletto with a great almond shaped toe box all in a rich black patent leather. Very comfortable and sexy. Comments always appreciated and thanks for allowing me to share!

  13. Those would be interesting in green! Too bad they're no longer available. KG has a ton of nice shoes on his web site. I could go broke if they had more in size 42!.

True that this style is no longer available through retail sources but they do appear on ebay frequently, you just have to look, its how I found my pair. Thanks again!

  14. There you go, just killing me again! These are outstanding. Sequins, bows, and a great looking heel! While the black patent pumps in the later post are nice as well, these bow pumps are terrific. Being more of a size 12 than an 11, I doubt that these, even in an 11, would fit me. They look great on you though! Can you tell that I'm looking a bit green right now? lol

Just curious, you have posted many pairs of shoes here. Do you tend to keep them all, or do you have your enjoyment and then move them on (sell of donate) for someone else to enjoy?

Ron, Google the KG Dollys in sequin green and let me know if your shade has changed! Thanks as always for your kind words and nod of approval on the styles I've posted. I have to admit that only about a fifth of my shoe collection has been posted on here and to answer your question, I keep all of my heels. I suppose I'm just as bad as some of the female folk in this one single respect, lol. Its great fun adding to my collection and now I just have to decide on a nice big walk in shoe closet! Thanks again and future purchases to come!

  15. Interesting that someone would reply here with a similar purchase that I just received from Amazon, also a design from Vince Camuto of the Elanie variation. A bit different in the toe box as these are very round but I liked that cute look combined with the thin sexy stiletto. Very true to size and the leather is soft and supple. Extremely comfortable for such a high heel and the black patent finish is excellent. Pretty sexy shoe that I'd recommend!

  16. Greetings and I hope this finds everyone well! My latest purchase, a repeat appearance from Kurt Geiger, Dolly in black sequin complete with the ultra feminine signature bows at the vamps. Overall beautiful classic cut with great height and a hint of sexy toe cleavage. Thanks for letting me share!

  17. I'm considering buying shoes online since it's pretty hard to find a decent variety in my area. But it just doesn't make me feel comfortable, buying shoes without being able to try them on first!

Many online stores have good return policies, but I'm afraid of the fine print and ending up wasting good $$ on a pair that doesn't suit me well. Does anyone here regularly buy shoes online? Ever had problems with returns?

I understand exactly what you mean and do regularly buy online. With so many manufacturers and varying styles, the fit can differ. My personal technique has worked well for me on many occasions but its just my experience mind you. When I find a pair that I'm interested in, I do a pretty good web search looking for numerous customer reviews of the shoe. I can usually get a good idea of how they fit, width, etc. Remember also that toe box styles fit differently, i.e. a round toe as opposed to a pointy toe, the former allowing for more toe room and comfort in my opinion. I also buy from well known online outlets that have good and responsive customer service. You might try calling customer support and asking them for a clear explanation on purchase and return policy before placing your order. Thus far I haven't had to return a pair but I believe its due to thoughtful shopping. Your wish to try before you buy is certainly the best way of going about the process but I think you may have to take a chance and try ordering if your selection is limited and if your are still unsure, call ahead and get the policy of exchanges/returns explained. I'm not sure if this was any help but I thought to throw it out there. Good luck!

  18. Whoa! Killer shoes, my friend! Hiding great looking pumps like those under pants would be nothing short of criminal! You have great taste indeed!

I'm honored and thankful for your kind words!! It means a great deal coming from one who is leading the charge for our interest in heels. Thank you again and future purchases to come!

  19. Oh! Those are simply gorgeous! Id wear those pumps with a dinner dress for a night on the town in a heartbeat! I'm not kidding either! Bravo to you, my friend! I hope you wear them well.

Thank you so much for the great comment! I completely agree and didn't think twice about buying them... in fact I don't believe thinking was actually part of the process, involuntary response!

  20. The second pair is a flirty and fun pump from Fergalicious featuring a beautiful floral rosette detail on the vamp, comfy round toe and 3" heel. I love the rich purple satin upper and if you notice, the heel is covered in a matching patent color making for an overall feminine design. Style name, Blossom in a size US 9M. Please comment and thanks for allowing me to share!

  21. Hello and happy holidays to everyone! I just purchased a couple of cute pairs from a local venue during a buy one get one half off event. The first pair is a beautiful black pleated satin pump from Nina, style name Relinda. Very classy cut with a 4" heel, size US 9.5M.
