  1. Sorry about the update being so boring but the night was terrible. Online one person from work went that I knew and the everone was outcasted at the reception. All the tables were miles away from the bride and grooms tables and the music part of it was so quiet and (to be blunt) shit I wore the gloves and me and Sam looked great but a real dissapointement. I will probably be in the background of the brides photos looking glum haha

  2. That glove page was hilarious, no offence but I have never or ever will look that deeply into the simple act of wearing gloves haha.

    A good read though

I cannot find a picture of the dress I'll be wearing but this one is similar

only mine has no belt, is in black and has a cowl neck, i dont think it is as 'a' line as this one either

And the gloves I haven't bought yet

  3. i should really rephrase that title as im not sure if its black, white or just a formal event. Everyone at work has been invited to a girls wedding dinner, the wedding is for a high up boss that no one really knows, ive only met her once. Because only family and friends are going to the wedding and reception, she is having a party for all the employees under the works umbrella It is classed as very formal (they say, for a change) and peple are buying fancy hats and dresses, i havent actually bought a dress as i had one in mind but found out it was very expensive so am thinking about using a dress i already own, but to make it a bit more glam i was going to add long gloves. yay or nay

  4. I'll be 17 in January and Ive been wearing my 5 inchers for ages now and Im an expert, 4 is simple but i still have not dared the deadly six inch yet. Im not sure if its possible with my size 5 (UK) feet. Ive spoke about my exploits in past posts

  5. She doesn't want to get her bf a pair of heels i was just going to help her out by saying to her boyfriend

"Her wearing her 4inch heels with small feet is like you walking in 6 inch heels" or words to that effect,

I really only think he mentioned it (while he was with a group of girls) was so that the topic would turn to womens shoes (which has happened a lot lately since word spread about me writing on this website)

Also i wanted to know for myself.

I just hoped they would be some 'over the top' formula like there is for the sex and the city high heels

  6. Hello there I have a friend at school with tiny size 3 UK size feet who can walk in 4 inch heels rather well, her boyfriend doesnt understand why she carries flip flops in her bag and changes into them when she is tired. Her boyfriend has a size 9 UK shoe size, is there any way of working out the ratio of a size 3 shoe with a 4 inch heel. In other words, what size heel would a size 9 shoe need to feel the same? I hope to hear some scientific answers lol

  7. Thats a relief anyway, she was worried that she said something to offend some people. I'll tell her when I see her to register again. Thanks for letting me know. Actually, while im getting some info, could anyone explain why when i click that button that tells gives you a list of all of my posts i get DEBUG MODE and a whole lot of gibberish numbers and letters? I used that button a lot

  8. Didn't your friend think it was cold to wear sandals out at this time of year?

We didnt mind, it was only to the shops and back, she only wore them so i didnt tower over her and because i asked her to

Be Nice to her? of course we will.

    Nigel.

I know that most people on here will be nice i would just be worried in case people started sending pm's saying, 'what type of heels are you wearing right now'

cant wait to see her again at the weekend.

Her shoes were a little like this but with a different ankle strap and 4 straps over thee toes, there was no flowere thing on the toes either.

I havnt actually told anyone i go on this site, not that im ashamed i just dont think they will understand. I dont think Sarah, my friend likes heels as much as me, i might ask her though.

If i do and she does come on here, be nice to her.

  10. Ok, a while back I bought some heels similar to the ones on my avatar pic from Hayway.com and have never really been able to walk in them, I practiced around the house for a while but never really got the hang of it.

For a little background info on my trials and tribulations see here

I haven’t posted in a while as I had not really progressed and I wanted to wait a while until I had.

I have been practicing and have got quite good, and I had an opportunity a few nights ago.

I was staying at a friend’s house for the weekend and I took over my shoes because my friend wanted to try them on again, we were planning on staying in and getting a few drinks and having a laugh on Saturday. Anyways we ended up drinking a few alcopops at around 2 oclock and I was a little tipsy (and confident) my friend dared me to go to the shop in my heels. I said yes only if she would wear her highest heels. So we did.

We both wore our gypsy skirts that were long but short enough to see the shoes and we set off, she was wearing her highest sandals which were not much smaller than my 5 inches, after a few wobbles we walked the long stretch of 3 streets and into the shop, but we forgot our money, (duh)

So we went back, got the money and travelled again, there were a few people on the street and im sure some of them looked on as we wobbled along linking arms for support lol.

I can’t wait to do it again so im going over Sarahs again this weekend.

My feet didn’t hurt as much as I was expecting either, maybe next time we'll walk further.

    Becs.
