Hey Anton.

Firstly, thanks for the compliments on my outfit.

The boots in question I bought from a store called Peacocks in the UK. They cost me around £15 (around US$25). All man-made materials, but IMO they are very good boots for the money. Here's a better picture of them:

The heel's about 2.5 inches.

I love these boots because I can get away with wearing them to work with no questions. Also, they work with a couple of outfits. The only downside to these boots is I have to have insoles or I will get blisters on the soles of my feet. But that's not really a problem. They will get much more millage this coming autumn (fall) and winter.

As i supossed, your boots are simply awesome, and for sure i can see they're a great option for everyday work, they look very well! A perfect choice for street heeling with masculine style.

Anton I searched through the Fashion Spot about a year ago for images of the YSL boot in question and couldn't find anything.

Today, I repeated that search and still couldn't find anything. Googled it too, but still couldn't find anything.

The Miss Sixty boots are size 10, the pleasers are size 11. Here I am wearing only the knee boots, but under my work jeans. Nevermind the grease stains If the pants were a little bit longer they almost look like western style boots as the heel is pretty thick. The toe area extends out enough that it hides the actual heel height by making it look like more of the ball of your foot is on the ground.

I must say you have presented a really great look for men wearing heels. I prefer men to look like men and women to look like women. Unfortunately, because shoe makers don't really consider men's shoe fashion, most men who want to wear heels are more or less forced to buy shoes that are both designed and sized for women. But I think you have struck the perfect match of men and heels. Keep those pix coming amigo.

Heels, I agree with you about men should have the choice to get high heeled shoes/boots as easily as women do, it seems shoe makers haven't noticed many guys appreciate heels too, and of course I'd be happy if someday I can get my boots or shoes with the heel height I like to wear.

Thanks for your comments about my outfit, I really enjoy to wear hh boots (the ones I use the most are my 2 1/2 in cuban heel boot, confortable and nice to wear since they were made for men)

, and believe me higher heels would make me feel happy, I'm on the hunting!

I usually wear business suit for the office (a look I like very much) and recenty I've been adding 2 in heel zip boots to them, i liked since the first time so i'm doing it frequently, just when i discovered this forum i thought about coordinating formal with higher heels, and well, the resulting combination is what you see in these images, thank so much for your kind comments guys!

Even I also believe two nominees are not enough, I also think that this is a good start to appreciate the efforts of those who think this forum is something important to exist, everyone here is important in his/her very personal way, is great to be here. Thank you so much, Heel-D glad you have liked my latest pictures, something i use to wear for everyday -the only difference is i wear 2 inch heel dress zip boots with these attire, instead of these one in the pictures, but anyway 2 inches is more than the usual for most of the guys in the streets, am i right?

here, my usual cuban heel boots with the same slacks (great for street heeling)

The waiscoat is something i found in Zara some months ago, since then it has become in one of my favorites (i usually wear waistcoats instead of the suit jackets for the office) -and this is the one i wear the most...

Hi Dawn HH: I consider myself a newbie in this high heeled adventure that you have traveled very well, I'm starting to understand why you enjoy wearing heels like these, and I'm realizing why you think they're good for guys too. So I'm starting to add high heels to my collection recently, I have a lot of pairs like these (they're shown in the Dior boots thread):

The boots I have are from 2 to 2 1/2 inches heel height, by now i have three pairs higher than 3 inches, two black pairs (you have already seen one of them in the pics I posted here) and a brown one, if I have a chance I'll take some pics to show them to you, and who knows, maybe I could add more high heeled pairs to my collection! thanks for your message, Dawn HH, salutes.
