I have tried lots of ways. The last used was a large mirror. Found that worked very well. jpp 

Tried the freezing method. I did not have any luck with this method. When the ice freezes it will expand somewhat. Pressure of expanding ice will always take the path with the least resistance. If there is an opening in the shoe, like where the foot enters, all of the pressure will tend to move toward that opening.

Hi All, Will take a minute introduce myself. i am a 69 year old man that has been wearing female attire since grade school. i would come home from school and raid my sisters closet. This continued till she left for college. After that i had to provide my own. Collection has grown to a closet full of shoes, dresses, skirts, tops and all of the foundations. Have continued this practice all my life. Started wearing heels forty five years ago. Recently have been purchasing ballet flats. Am looking forward to browsing this site. jp
