Hi all. I have been wearing heels since about the age of two, thanks to having several much older sisters who loved to dress me up in their clothes and shoes. I guess the shoe thing stuck! I love them from an aesthetic perspective (I am an artist), plus I find them incredibly sexy to wear. I also love to abuse heels, which I understand must horrify many of you! I'll often buy two pairs of the same heels...one pair to treasure and the other to smash, tear or burn. I am not sure where that aspect to my shoe obsession comes from, but it is something my wife also likes to do. Wearing shoes in bed is something we do quite often, as is ripping them. Weird, I know! But I consider myself very blessed indeed to have a wife who - most of the time anyway - likes me in heels!

It has been over a month since I bought some but will be buying a pair tomorrow. I was in Target today with my family and I saw a beautiful pair of beige and navy peep toe pumps and they had a pair of size 11. I have become an expert at scanning entire rows of shoes within about a second!! My wife endorses my heel obsession but I don't want my kids finding out. Thus having to return tomorrow. I will post a pic once I have them and when I can figure out how to post pics here!

I currently have about 80 pairs, but had I not purged a few times in the past, I would have several hundred! I still desperately miss a pair of all leather Bruno Magli spectator pumps in size 42 that I chucked about 8 years ago...big mistake!
