I voted 6" as I do wear them out and about regularly but I would say that my fave comfortable height would be 5.5". I do have some 7" non-platform stiletto sandals which I bought for a giggle and I can just about stand and take a couple of steps before slipping over! I've been tempted maybe to try them outside but I'm not sure if I'm brave enough! Joanna

I'm also a big fan of sheer nylons and heels and I always wear them with mules and like Chrissy, mine are all ultra sheer and very silky which can make walking in mules very tricky as it's so slippery but I just have to take things a little slower which makes my walk a little sexier I think! I'm always in stilettos at home and I love dressing up sexy with them too even if it's just for me! Also housework can be a lot more entertaining in 5" heels! Joanna

Hi I have a really cute pair of baby pink stiletto sandals with 5.5" steel heels with teeny little tips and I wear them all the time! Yes they can look a little daring sometimes and yes they are very slippery on a lot of surfaces but all that just adds to their appeal I think! Have been meaning to buy some more metal heels too, has anyone got any ideas of who stockings them? Joanna xx

Hi girls Are any of you like me in that I love my stilettos to have totally smooth soles? I find them easier to walk in than grippy soles and the slippy-slidey feeling is sometimes a lot of fun, especially in the winter!! For me there's nothing more horrible than a really pretty pair of heels with ugly grips all over them! I'd love to hear your opinions and if you've ever had any fun slipping in your heels? Roxanne, I like your style! I wore 2-3" stilettos all the way thru school until I got to the 6th form then i wore 5" most days!! Kinda had a lot of guys wanting to be friends with me then!! What reaction did u get to ur boots? Joanna xx
