Hi from New York. Just bought my first pair of high heeled boots or high heeled anything since spine surgery in 2005. If I can just figure out how to get them on I'll be ok. They have no zippers and they are really tight but the right size. I managed barefoot but when I tried with a micro sock it just didn't work out. I read somewhere here to try powder and of course a thinner stocking. Now I want to buy all the shoes I see.
