Have tried to reply to this twice so far. Odd.

Thanks for the article Amanda, was very interesting.
Are the shoes you're designing going to be available in men's sizes? I'd be really interested to some of you're designs!

Hi everyone, it's been a while since I've posted, I thought I'd put these couple of pics up that my girlfriend took of the other day, unfortunately I didn't get to go out wearing this, but hopefully tonight. I'm wearing a pink Abercrombie polo shirt, river island black skinny jeans (women's), and new look 5 inch heels with a 1/2 inch platform. How do I look, constructive comments welcome as always.
Thanks 6inch-heaven

Update : I want to cry!
The sizing is all wrong! I ordered a ' large '. The sizing for a ' large ' has an inseam of 33 inches , a waist of 28inches and a chest of 38. Well.. the inseam fit but the waist? My god, you could fit 5 of me in here! I feel like Im wearing a damn tent!
So.. I had Darian try it on. Were roughly the same size. It was better in the chest on her as she has boobs but it was still a tent! She wears a 34 or 36 bra and the top part was just flapping all over the place!
The only thing correct was the inseam.
I need a smaller size or a tailor. Probably a tailor as I do like the suit and for what it cost ( 48$ ), to ship it back.. and waiting.. I could probably have this one taken in for 15-20$ and have it back in a day or so.
What a shitty monday !
That's annoying, I hate it when stuff like that happens! Hope you get it sorted, can't wait to see what it looks like!

Unfortunately, don't have time to post as much as I'd like

I was out shopping yesterday afternoon with my girlfriend in Brighton, we were in Aldo, and I saw a guy wearing heels, looking at the heels, was wondering whether it was any1 on here!?

Ive found with stairs, turning a bit sideways helps. It gives more room for your total foot.
I do that even when wearing flats, due to always doing it in heels

new arrived:
I really like those, where did u get them from?

Ebay
@Dr. Shoe
Of course. However I'm optimistic. I'll carefully test their strength before wearing them. And after all they will only be worn inside, so no worries about bad terrain, temperatures etc.
Lydia boots?

After lots of search I know where to get everything I need. Just one miscanellous thing's missing. "Shoe hooks" or whatever they're called in english. And the attachment to apply them using a rivet machine.
*googling*... jep shoe hooks is right. Maybe I'll find some reseller in UK or somewhere.
Now for everyone who's interested in trying the same thing:
Summing up everything I have to buy, from leather over lasts, steel rods, epoxy resin to all the needed tools, I'll have to invest 400-600€, thats $500-720. Price for succeeding pairs would be way lower (if you use the same lasts etc). No need to buy all tools again, no new lasts, possibly you don't even need to buy new leather. 150€ at max I think.
eBay is your friend here, search for eyelets you'll find what you need!

I agree with heelster, if you want a nice leather belt, get 1 aimed at a 'worker' you have to put up with it being hard for a while, just keep wearing it and it'll soften up!
